用于经阴道引导可视人流（在产品标准和产品使用说明书中注明可用于妇科手术人工流产、取环放环等手术中的监视与引导）。

可视人流仪器的操作方法1、打开主机开关。
2、检查负压瓶是否安装好。
负压控制踏板是否正常3、由巡回护士把一次性保护胶套窥器放在手术内。
将探头上涂上超声耦合剂。
4、手术医生带好手套，查清子宫位置。
5、消毒外阴。
6、用手指将一次性胶套套在探头上，并向下拉胶套，使其与探头紧密贴合。
7、将套好的探头嵌装在窥器上，合其与窥器紧密配合。
8、放叶窥器开后穹隆处，消毒阴道。
用宫颈钳夹位宫颈，将子宫昼拉到水平位，9、稍微活动窥器，使子宫显像清楚。
基物固定宫颈钳的同时固定窥器。
使图像稳定清晰，即可开始手术。
B超监视妇产科手术仪一、手术吸引器使用方法：1 、吸引器使用前，首先要调整好适合工作的负压值。
方法是：先堵住储液瓶吸气口，调整“负压调节”旋钮，通过负压表观察负压值。
“负压调节”钮顺时针旋转负压值升高，旋紧时将达到该机极限负压。
2、当吸引器调到某一负压时，如果负压泵停止运转，在止逆阀作用下仍可保持储液瓶内的负压值。
在吸引器操作过程中，可预选设置一个适合的负压值。
若在停机吸引过程中感到吸引力不足，可随时开动机器，提高负压值。
3 、吸引器的动转开关和脚踏开关可任意选用。
4 、使用时应注意不要使第二个储液瓶的液面超过吸液管。
如液体载入了防倒阀时，吸引力将消失，此时必需停机排倒液体，待冲净各部分后，重新装上方可使用。
5、如无特殊情况，请不要选用极限负压值。
6、在流产吸引中，如发生特殊情况应立即中上吸引时，可拉起“泄放钮”，负压会迅速下降至零位。
“泄放钮”，复位（放下按钮）后，恢复正常工作。
二、注意事项1、停机前，建议使吸引管吸入少量的清洁水以清洗管道的内壁。
2、停机后，倒贮液瓶，用柔软的刷子或抹布清除瓶和瓶塞上的污垢，再用清水冲洗。
3、贮液瓶瓶塞及各种管道可以用康威达消毒片按1：500浓度配制的消毒液浸泡1小时。
4、机箱外表面用浸过消毒液的微湿抹布来擦拭，防止液体渗入机箱缝隙。
5、金属材料的吸引管可用温度为134的饱和蒸气，保持20分钟进行消毒，灭菌。
