(一)最不利环路的水利计算1.选择最不利环路最不利环路是个并联环路中允许平均最小的一个环路。
由图看出,最不利环路是通过立管Ⅰ最底层散热器Ⅰ1(1800W)的环路。
这个环路从散热器Ⅱ顺序的经过管段①、②、③、④、⑤、⑥,进入锅炉,在经管段⑦、⑧、⑨、⑩,进入散热器Ⅰ1○11、○12。
2.确定最不利环路综合作用压力通过最不利环路散热器Ⅰ1的综合作用压力:△p`Ⅰ1=gh1(ρhρg)+△p f根据已知条件:立管Ⅰ距锅炉的水平距离在30~50m范围内,下层散热器中心距锅炉中心的垂直高度小于15m。
因此,查表得△p f=350pa。
根据供回水温度,查表得ρh=977.81kg/m3,ρg=961.92kg/m3,将已知参数带入得:△p`Ⅰ1=9.81×3.5×(977.81961.92)+350=896 pa3.确定最不利环路各管段的管径(1)求单位长度平均比摩阻,根据下式:R pj=a·△p`Ⅰ1/ ∑lⅠ1∑lⅠ1=120ma为沿程阻力损失占总阻力损失的估计百分数;查表,自然循环热水供暖系统a=50%。
将各参数带入上式,得R pj==3.7Pa/m(2)由下式,根据各管段的热负荷,求出各管段的流量Q m =(3)根据q m、R pj,查表,选择最接近R pj的管径d。
用内插法,计算实际的比摩阻R和实际流速v,列入下表中。

将每一管段R与l相乘,列入水力计算表中。
(2)各管段局部阻力损失△p j=∑ζ·△p d①确定各管段局部阻力系数∑ζ,根据系统途中管路的实际情况,列出各管段局部阻力管件名称,见表。
利用附表,将其阻力系数ζ值记于水力计算表中,最后将各管段总局部阻力系数∑ζ列入表中。
②根据各管段流速v,查附表,得到动压△p d值,计算△p j=∑ζ·△p d,列于水力计算表中。
