Unit 8 汉译英——谓语的确定及其它句子成分的安排I. 谓语的确定英语句子的主语和谓语就像一棵树的主干，只有恰当地确定了主语和谓语，整个句子的结构关系才能脉络分明。
汉语的谓语和英语的谓语差别很大，前者的范围非常宽泛，几乎可由各种词类和语言单位充当；此外，汉语谓语还可以由几个连用的动词担当。
英语谓语则具有封闭性，通常只能由动词充当，而且除了并列谓语外，一般只能由一个动词充当。
在选择或确定谓语时，请注意以下几点：1.在人称、数、时态、语态上与原文保持一致1)本公司全体同仁竭诚为各界服务。

flyover3)一年年，燕子来了去了；swallows一年年，阶前草绿了黄了。
