Modernindustry bus standards such asFibre Channel, Fully BufferedDIMM, Serial ATA, Serial AttachedSCSI, and PCI-Express haveperformance points in the 4 to8.5Gb/s range. Proprietaryhigh-speed serial buses canalso have clock rates in the 4 to8.5Gb/s range as well as risetimes faster than 50ps. Scopeswith bandwidths of 8, 10, 12, or13GHz are required to capture2Benefitsthe frequency harmonics of such high-speed signals and make accurate and repeatable measurements on them.Agilent’s award-winning InfiniiMax probing system set the standard for probing systems and the rest of the oscilloscope industry is now following this trend-setting architecture. Agilent’s InfiniiMax II probing system takes thisinnovation to an unmatched level of performance and usability.U.S. Navy imagery used in illustration without endorsement expressed or implied.3/find/infiniimaxII45/find/infiniimaxIIKey trends in theelectronics market•Technologies with dramatically increased clock speeds and edge rates have emerged.•Very fast serial differential buses are being used to save board space, reduce power and provide better noise immunity.•Densely packed circuit boards, often with stacked daughter boards, increase the need to probe in very hard-to-reach places.Key benefits of the 80000 and InfiniiMax II Series•Up to 13GHz bandwidth can track even the fastest signal speeds.• A sample rate of up to 40GSa/s can measure high-speed differential buses reliably and repeatedly.•The innovative InfiniiMax II probing system supports even the most demanding mechanical access requirements without sacrificing performance.6•The full real-time bandwidth of the oscilloscope is supported by up to a 40GSa/s sample rate.•This industry-leading sample rate produces more accurate and repeatable measurements, avoiding measurement error and signal aliasing due to under sampling, as shown above. This is especially important for high-quality jitter measurements.•The combination of up to13GHz bandwidth and 40GSa/s sample rate makes the 80000Series ideal for designs that include: PCI-Express II, Serial ATA II/III, 6Gbs SAS, 4.25 and 8.5Gbs Fibre Channel, 4.8Gbs Fully Buffered DIMM, or other high-speed electronic signals. The DSO 80000 Series Produces Accurate and Repeatable Measurements5 Gb/s real-time eye diagram with DSO81004A 8 Gb/s real-time eye diagram with DSO81204A7/find/infiniimaxIIE2690A Timing Interval and Jitter Analysis software The Agilent E2690A Advanced Time Interval and Jitter Analysis Software, licensed from Amherst Systems Associates (ASA); offers the most powerful and comprehensive set of tools for exploratory debug of jitter, and it is remarkably easy to use. The E2692A Basic Time Interval and Jitter Analysis Software offers the basic tools you need for jitter debug with the same precision you get with the advanced version. Both advanced and basic software versions provide complete jitterdecomposition into its components – including deterministic, random, and total jitter – as well as AutoMeasure to provide quick insight.Jitter Application Software PackagesE2681A EZJIT Jitter analysis softwareIncludes the following key measurements:cycle-to-cycle jitter, n-cycle jitter, period jitter, time interval error, setup and hold time, measurement histograms, measurement trending, and jitter frequency spectrum.N5400A EZJIT Plus Jitter analysis softwareQuickly separate random and deterministic jitter components and estimate total jitter at low BER for standards compliance. Automatic clock recovery and pattern detection, an easy-to-use setup wizard and graphical display views integrated into the Infiniium oscilloscope software further simplify navigation and RJ/DJ analysis.Infiniium: “It’s like someone who sits down and actually uses a scope designed this one.”Steve Montgomery, Director of Engineering, Linx TechnologiesUp to 40 GSa/s sample rate on two channelssignificantly reduces the chances of aliasing, increases measurement accuracy, and delivers thefull real-time bandwidth of the oscilloscope on twochannels simultaneously.Four channels at 20GSa/s with 8GHz real-time bandwidth or full bandwidth equivalent time modes are also available.Get fast answers to your questions with the built-in information system.
Auto:⽰波器处于⾃动⽅式并正采集⽆触发下的波形。
Scan:⽰波器以扫描⽅式连续地采集并显⽰波形数据。
Stop:⽰

The resulting intensity-graded trace is brighter for events that occur with more frequency and dims when the events occur with less frequency.Playback the latest triggered events using the history function. Segmented memory collection will store trigger events into multiple (Up to 80,000) memory segments, each segment will store triggered waveforms and timestamp each frame.Through Gate and Zoom measurement, the user can specify an arbitrary interval of waveform data analysis and statistics. This helps avoid measurement errors that can be caused by invalid or extraneous data, greatly enhancing the measurements’ validity and flexibility. The color temperature display is similar to the intensity- graded trace function, but the trace occurrence isrepresented by different colors (color “temperature”) as opposed to changes in the intensity of one color. Red colors represents the more frequent events, while blue is used to mark points that occur lest frequently.T3DSO1000 displays the decoding through the events list. Bus protocol information can be quicklyand intuitively displayed in a tabular format.True measurement to 14 M points or 28 M points depending on the modelAt any one timebase, T3DSO1000 can measure using all acquired sample points. This ensures the accuracy of measurements while the math coprocessor decreasesmeasurement time and increases ease-of-use.61 M points FFT16 Digital Channels/MSO(Option not available on the T3DSO1102)The math co-processor enables FFT analysis of incoming signals using up to 1 M samples per waveform. This provides high frequency resolution with a fast refresh rate. The FFT function also supports a variety of window functions so that it can adapt to different spectrum measurement needs.16 digital channels enables users to acquire and trigger on the waveforms then analyze the pattern, simultaneously with one instrument. Color coded logic levels clearly differentiate high and low states.Hardware-Based High Speed Pass/Fail function The T3DSO1000 utilizes a hardware-based Pass/Fail function, performing up to 40,000 Pass/Fail decisions each second. Easily generate user defi ned test templates provide trace mask comparison making it suitable for long-term signal monitoring or automated productionline testing.Customizable Default KeyThe current parameters of the oscilloscope can bepreset to Default Key through the Save menu.Search and Navigate(not available on the T3DSO1102)The T3DSO1000 series can search events specifi ed by the user in a frame. It can also navigate by time (delay position) and historical frames. Search andNavigate is not available on the T3DSO1102.Bode Plot (not available on the T3DSO1102)USB 25 MHz AWG Module(Option not available on the T3DSO1102)T3DSO1000 can control the USB AWG module, control an independent Teledyne Test Tools T3AFG instrument, scan an object’s amplitude and phase frequency response, and display the data as a Bode Plot. Suggested circuits for special applications are shown in the instruction manual. WEIGHTSNet weight 5y2lb 2.5 kg Domestic shipping weight PSlO lb ~4.5 k g Export-packed weight ~14lb ~6.4k g INCLUDED STANDARD ACCESSORIESTwo terminal adapters (103-0048-01); two terminal shields (013-0049-01); two BNC-to-binding post adapters (103-0033- 00); two BNC-to-BNC 18-in patch cords (012-0087-00); twoinstruction manuals (070-0323-00).BASIC OPERATING MODESAMPLIFICATION is determined by the ratio of input to feedback resistors. This provides convenient signal step-up or step-down, with low output impedances, to over 750 kHz. Use of external compensation extends the closed-loop gain-band- width product to 10 MHz or more.INTEGRATION is obtained by placing a capacitor in the feedback loop. Unlike the R C integrator, this circuitry permits loading of the output, and integration without loss of signal level. Integration at repetition rates of approximately 5 MHz is possible. Low-frequency rejection allows drift-free repetitive- waveform integration.DIFFERENTIATION is accomplished by placing a capacitor in the input circuit. The unique characteristic of differentiation is its ability to extract higher frequency waveform components. It can advantageously detect minute information such as transients and slope changes. Differentiation of waveforms with significant components as high as 1.5 MHz is possible.126OPTIONAL ACCESSORIESLOG ADAPTERThe Log Adapter with the Type O Plug-In Unit allows the display and measurement of high-amplitude signals mixed with low-amplitude signals. Pulses and transient waveforms differing in amplitude by up to 1000 to 1can be displayed and measured on the same trace. The Log Adapter is a logarithmic feedback network that converts the A or B operation amplifier in a Type O Plug-In Unit from a linear amplifier to essentially a logarithmic amplifier. The adapter can be plugged directly into the jacks on the front panel of the Type O Plug-In Unit.Order 013-0067-00COMPENSATING ADAPTERThe Compensating Adapter extends the high-frequency performance of either operational amplifier of the Type O Plug-In Unit when the internal Z-,and Zf resistors are used in any combination for either gain or attenuation.Without the Compensating Adapter, stray capacitance associated with the internal Z, and Zf resistors limits the operational amplifiers high-frequency performance. The adapter can be plugged into the front panel of the Type O Plug-In Unit. Order 013-0081-00GATING ADAPTERThe Gating Adapter allows integration and display of repetitive signals, by resetting the integrator to zero during the oscilloscope’s retrace time. The adapter uses Operational Amplifier "B" of the Type O to gate Amplifier “A" on and off in response to an external gating signal, such as the + Gate from the oscilloscope. The signal applied to Amplifier "A" is then amplified, integrated, or differentiated only during the "on" time.Order 013-0068-00LEAKAGE CURRENT ADAPTERUsed with the Type O Plug-In Unit, the Leakage Current Adapter provides the facility for measuring leakage current of semiconductor diodes and small signal transistors. The adapter plugs into the operational jacks located on the front panel of the Type O Unit. A positive-going sawtooth voltage is required for driving the adapter. Tektronix Oscilloscopes that accept the Type O Plug-In Unit have a Sawtooth or Sweep-Out jack conveniently located on the front panel for supplying the required sawtooth voltage.Order 013-0086-00Please refer to the catalog accessory pages for complete information on the above adapters. Please refer to Terms and Shipment, General Informationpage.。

Press RUN again to stop the Pattern Tour.Setting Camera Speeda. For camera travel time (i.e., camera rotation from one Preset Position to anothereither manually or by running Pattern Tour) four separate speed settings are available:▪ S1 = 8, S2 = 40, S3 = 51 and S4 = 63 ▪ S1 is the slowest and S4 is the fastestb. Speed can be set by pressing SPEED then S1, S2, S3 or S4 and ENTERc. For Pattern Tour the default settings are 63 for camera travel speed andapproximately 8 seconds dwell time (time the camera will remain on a particular Preset Position). Other speed settings may be made during the Pattern Track Setup Mode described above.FunctionsThe UP , DOWN , LEFT , and RIGHT buttons control the corresponding movement of the PTZ camera. The ENTER button serves as a movement “stop” key. It is also a “confirm” key when inputting a number.Numeric keys 0 through 9 are number input buttons. The C button is to backspace during number input. The -/-- button is to enter into the “plus 10” mode if you want to enter a number greater than 10 (from 0 to 255). S1 through S4 are shortcut keys for speeds: S1 = 8, S2 = 40, S3 = 51, S4 = 63 with S1 the slowestand S4 the fastest.Pressing FOCUS + focuses the target camera far.Pressing FOCUS – focuses the target camera near.Pressing IRIS OPEN opens the target camera’s iris.Pressing IRIS CLOSE closes the target camera’s iris.Pressing ZOOM + zooms the target camera wide.Pressing ZOOM - zooms the target camera near (telephoto).Pressing PATTERN starts / stops pattern learning (Pattern Tour Setup)Pressing RUN runs a Pattern Tour.Pressing DISP displays the system’s software version.Pressing SETUP allows the configuring of the ST-PTZ-RC’s protocol and baud rate.7. TROUBLESHOOTING TIPSa. The ST-PTZ-RC is not controlling the camera at all – (i) be sure the R485 connectionsbetween the ST-PTZ-RC and the camera are using the same polarities; (ii) check tosee if the correct baud rate has been set with the camera; (iii) check to see if thecorrect protocol has been with the camera.b. The ST-PTZ-RC is communicating with the camera, but certain functions do not work– PTZ controllers are designed to perform a wide variety of PTZ camera controlfunctions. However, the utility of any PTZ controller is highly dependant upon theparticular PTZ camera to be controlled as each camera has not only its own functionsbut specific methods of how those native functions are accessed and managed.Further, a particular PTZ controller’s terminology may differ from that used by aparticular PTZ camera. Therefore, it will be necessary for the installer and/or user toconsult BOTH the PTZ controller and PTZ camera’s user manuals to ensure properset-up, configuration and application.c.
