****有限公司工作指令文件修改记录表保存期限:新版发行后1个月第 1 页, 共 10 页 第 A 版第 0 次修改一、 范围本规范规定了连接器压接的基本工艺要求。
本规范适用于所有压接型连接器的压接。
二、 规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过本规范的引用而成为本规范的条款。
凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本规范,然而,鼓励根据本规范达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。
凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本规范。
三、 术语和定义压接:压接是由弹性可变形插针或刚性插针与PCB 金属化孔配合而形成的一种连接。
在插针与金属化孔之间形成紧密的接触点,靠机械连接实现电气互连。
为了形成紧密的配合,针脚的横截面尺寸必须大于PCB 金属化孔孔径,在压接过程中,针脚横截面或金属化孔要产生变形。
刚性插针:在压接过程中不产生变形,而孔会变形。
因对孔径的公差要求严格,已经淘汰。
柔性插针:在压接过程中会受挤压而变形,而孔不变形。
压接垫板:fixture ,压接时用于支撑PCB ,防止连接器插针和PCB 损伤的工艺装置。

在测试行业,或者说在需要连接器能自动对接的工业领域,不同的欧度混装模块连接器配合铝制外壳,正在发挥越来越显著的作用;同时在铝制外壳上增加了一些设置,使连接器在使用时,允许轴向±1.2mm的误差而不会损坏连接器的插针/插孔。
一个显著的优点:欧度混装模块连接器能达到10万次的插拔次数,在测试行业,可以显著的降低连接器的成本。
此处需要说明的是,欧度混装模块连接器的模块的宽度都是2.54mm的整数倍,欧度可以提供的最小的外壳的宽度只有2.54mm,使用在对尺寸要求严格的场合。
铝制外壳,尺寸较大铝制外壳,尺寸较小除了铝制外壳,欧度公司也提供符合DIN标准的外壳,尺寸从1号到6号,主要使用在对连接器的外壳强度有要求的工业领域。
针对不同的使用环境,外壳的防护等级从IP52到IP67,同时,也有不同的锁定方式。
能够传输的信号类型有弱电流信号,大电流,高电压,光纤,气路,高频同轴等。
请记住:所有的欧度混装模块连接器都可以将所有这些信号类型组合在一起使用。
DIN外壳现在,欧度混装模块连接器在医疗设备上正在得到越来越广泛的使用。

复兴号动车组电气连接器浅析摘要:复兴号动车组对于大多数人来说充满了神秘感,这涉及到方方面面新技术、新工艺的采用以及以高科技作依托所生产出的原材料在铁路运输领域的应用。
在复兴号动车组电气施工中,大量采用电气连接器。
所以,我们有必要对其进行详尽、全面的了解和学习,以更好的投入到高速动车组的生产中。
下面结合我在工作中总结到的实际经验外加查阅到的资料文献分几个方面谈一下电气连接器——这一目前最科学、经济和实用的电气连接工艺。
关键词:复兴号动车组插针连接器一、电气连接器概述电气连接器就是我们一线工人俗称的“插头”,它实际上就是一种电气连接工艺。
通过采用一定的处理方式,将导线集成化联接,实现电力输送或电气控制。
近年来,连接器在铁路轨道车辆中的重要性日趋增加,应用领域不断拓宽,这说明它具有其他连接技术所无法替代的优势。
二、电气连接器组成HARTIING连接器主要由以下几大部分组成:外壳、连接体、接针、附件和备件组成。
产品的选择依据为:1.安装位置/连接器的安装环境——外壳的选择准则;2.电流、电压——接针和连接体选择准则;3.导线结构;4.电磁兼容性、屏蔽。
由于HARTING产品采用模块化设计所以所有连接体均可与所有外壳类型组合。
下面,我们对连接器的各组成部分作全面的剖析。
(一)外壳:连接器上的外壳(带联锁扣)可以保护自身的针位置免受外部机械损伤,比如冲击、异物、灰尘、无意的接触、湿气、水或清洁剂、冷却液、油等其它液体的浸入。
为了满足不同的使用环境及设计要求,HARTING公司提供了不同的外壳类型系列,其中包括:Han系列、InduCom外壳、DIN41612外壳。
(二)连接体:连接体主要分为以下几大系列:Han系列、D-sub系列、DIN41 612系列、Han-Modular系列。
每一系列根据传输功率的不同和承载电流的大小以及连接技术的不同分为种类繁多的小系列,下面我们具体分析每一个产品系列。

1.无线基站无线基站需要发射大功率的射频信号,高速数字信号,以及类似的信号。

第一部分:微型电连接器1.概述微形连接器就是微小型化的连接器,接触件间距一般在1.27mm及以下,国内执行GJB2446军用标准,该标准的内容实际上是MIL-C-83513,但范围扩大了,故国内许多厂家的连接器都说是符合GJB2446,只有采用麻花针的产品才是真正的83513产品。
2.特点1)采用了麻花针接触件,接触可靠性好;2)接点间距小,产品重量轻、体积小;3)贯彻国军标(GJB2446)、符合国际标准(MIL-C-83513),能与国外产品完全互换,可替代国外产品;4)可做成不同的接线形式和各种电缆形式。
三、典型产品1.J30、J30J系列微矩形连接器J30、J30J产品可与美国ITT公司的MD、MDM系列互换,同类产品还有美国AirBorn公司的M系列,包括MM、MN、MK、ML、MP、MQ、MS、MF等子系列。

2.J24系列该系列微型矩形电连接器采用带有线夹和快速锁紧装置的金属屏蔽外壳和绞线式弹性阳接触件。
接触件的间距为1.7mm,排距为1.47mm,有压接和焊接两种方式。
共用9、19、25、37、52、74芯等六种规格,具有外形微小,接触可靠的特点。
3.J40系列J40系列微型矩形电连接器,接触件形式采用绞线式弹性阳接触件(麻花针),现有11、13、15、25、31、39、51芯7种规格。
接触件的间距为2.0mm,具有电接触可靠,抗振动冲击,安装方便,接点密度高、体积小、重量轻的特点。

1我国军用航空连接器标准的现状分析1.1我国军用航空连接器标准的概况我国军用航空连接器标准按体系可以分成俄罗斯体系标准及美军标体系标准两大类,按级别可分为国家军用标准、行业标准和企业标准3种。
所谓俄罗斯体系标准是指我国在仿制俄罗斯电连接器产品过程中编制的电连接器标准。
由于特定的历史原因,俄罗斯体系标准很少以国标(GB)、国军标(GJB)、航标(HB)、电子标准(si)的形式出现,但每种产品都有企业技术条件。
20世纪80和90年代,我国对美国军用标准中的大量电连接器标准进行了转换.编制了美军标体系标准。
为了与国际标准接轨,大部分标准采取等效采用的方法进行了转换。
据不完全统计,截至2001年底,我国现有美军标体系电连接器标准264项,其中与航空行业关系密切的标准有49项。
我国军用航空连接器生产企业由电子行业、航空行业、航天行业和地方军工群体4个行业部门组成。
除地方军工群体外,各行业都有自己行业内的电连接器标准,但数量不多;相对来讲国家军用电连接器标准(GJB)还要多于行业标准;总体来看,大多数标准是以企业标准的形式出现的,而且即便是行业标准,也都是产品的具体详细规范,通用规范一般由国家军用标准规定。
在我国,电连接器产品标准以企业标准为主。
即使已发布了国家军用标准,各企业在组织生产时仍需编制本企业的产品技术条件,这就使得企业标准的数量很多。
此外,所谓军用航空连接器仅仅是指航空领域使用的连接器,至于电连接器使用的标准,大部分并不具有专用性,军用航空连接器采用的产品标准源于国家军用标准,与航天、舰船、兵器、电子使用的标准基本相同。
因此我国军用航空连接器标准的概况基本上也反映了我国军用电连接器标准的概况。
