Note
•When we use the WBS, we should notice:
–At the lowest level of the WBS, each task list item has become a specific statement of the task to be done, and that it can be done by one person or a very small team. –The WBS does not concern itself with the order in which tasks are done, how they are done, how long they might take, who might do them or how many people are needed. –The structure of the work breakdown exercise can be preserved in a numbering system which can provide a convenient way of classifying and organizing documents developed from the WBS. The number of the top level can be 100, 200, 300 and so on, the next level under 100 as 110, 120, 130, etc. (Numbering systems)
