6.1 Neither Party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of its obligations under this Contract if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, wars, or other circumstances that make performance impossible.
6.1 如果本合同下的任何一方由于其合理控制范围之外的事件，如自然灾害、战争或其他不可抗力的情况下，不能履行任何义务，该方不应承担任何责任。
6.2 The Party that is affected by force majeure shall promptly
notify the other Party and provide evidence of the inability to perform its obligations under this Contract.

该方本合同下义务的证据。
Article 7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
第七条管辖法律和争议解决
7.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Party A is located.

7.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be settled through negotiation between the Parties. In the event that the Parties cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, they shall submit the dispute to the International Chamber of Commerce for arbitration.
7.2 本合同引发的任何纠纷应由各方间的协商解决。如果各方不能通过协商解决纠纷，则应提交国际商会仲裁。
Article 8. Confidentiality
第八条保密
8.1 The Parties shall keep confidential all confidential information obtained from the other Party during the performance of this Contract and for a period of three years thereafter.
8.1 各方应在本合同执行期间及三年之后保密在执行本合同期间获得的对方保密信息。
8.2 This obligation shall not apply to information that is already in the public domain, independently developed by the receiving Party, or required by law to be disclosed.

Article 9. Entire Agreement

9.1 This Contract represents the entire understanding and agreement of the Parties.
