同时由于学生中学习成绩参差不齐,学优生与后进生之间的差距较大。
有一些学习困难生由于基础薄弱,缺少丰富的语言基础,对某些任务的完成有一定的难度。
针对这一情况,我在课堂活动中安排两人一组或三人及多人活动,意在通过采取小组合作学习的办法,通过学生间的合作学习,促进小组成员间的互帮互学,鼓励优秀成员主动帮助学习困难生,培养学生的团队意识。
同时在教学活动的设计方面,也注重分层次,难易相结合,让各个层面的学生都参与进来,提高他们综合运用语言的能力,让他们都能体验到成功的喜悦,使各层次的学生都有所收获。
