① WWW服务的基本原理
[基本概念]：
1) 网页（WebPage） 一个包含有文字、图形、超级链接及其他信息元素的文件， 可通过Internet传输，用户可以使用浏览器来浏览； 网页可用FrontPage、Dreamweaver等工具编辑和制作； 又称“信息片”，因为网页就像一张含有信息的纸片。
2) 超级链接（HyperLink） 不同信息片即网页之间的连接关系，也简称Link； 通常使用一个以文字、图形等表示的关键字，与其他网页 相联系；当用户选择这些关键字的时候，就可以跳转到它们 所指向的网页。

① WWW服务的基本原理
[基本概念]：
3) 浏览器（Browser） 用于搜索、查找、查看和管理网络上信息的一种带图形交互 界面的应用软件； 常用的浏览器软件很多，其中比较著名的有Microsoft公司的 Internet Explorer（IE）浏览器和Netscape公司开发的Netscape Communicator。 4) 网站（WebSite） 包含多个由超级链接连在一起的网页的集合。它包含的网页 可以是几个也可以是上千个； 网站是通过一个地址进行定位的，它就像网络信息中的一个 节点，故称之为“站点”。
② FTP服务的基本原理
➢ FTP服务器：提供FTP服务的计算机；有一定存储空间的 专用服务器或个人计算机；
➢ 基于客户机/服务器模式的服务系统；由FTP客户软件、FTP 服务器软件和FTP通信协议3部分组成；
[工作原理]：
1) 启动两个软件：本地FTP客户软件和远程计算机FTP服务 软件；
