作为一个新老师,我感觉我学到了很多,以下是我的几点反思:1.在课堂上要让学生说,不断地说,学生会说了,你也就成功了。
2.团队合作的重要性,团队才能创造辉煌。
3.要矫正学生的每一次错误,犯错不可怕,可怕的是一直犯同样的错误。
(学生说错了,教师矫正后,要让学生再说)。
4.要落实的知识点一定要让学生说,只有说了,练了才能有意义,例如本堂课的重点句式:What’syour hobby? 学生练得太少。
5.词到句,简单到难,不会到会是课堂的原则。
6.真实性很重要,务必做到一切真实。
