财经词典1.布雷顿森林体系“布雷顿森林体系”是指二战后以美元为中心的国际货币体系。
1944年7月,西方主要国家的代表在联合国国际货币金融会议上确立了该体系,由于此次会议是在美国新罕布什尔州布雷顿森林举行的,因此称之为“布雷顿森林体系。
”该体系实行美元和黄金直接挂钩以及固定汇率制度,奠定了二战后的国际金融秩序,在战后相当一段时间内,确实带来了国际贸易空前发展和全球经济越来越相互依存的时代。
但到了上世纪六七十年代,在经历多次美元危机后,该体系逐渐瓦解。
但由布雷顿森林会议诞生的两个机构——世界银行和国际货币基金组织仍然在世界贸易和金融格局中发挥着至为关键的作用。
