打印机主要参数设置操作步骤：1. 关闭打印机电源。

2. 按住操作面板上的STATION2 键，打开电源，等待打印机复位完成后松开按键。

3. 插入一张A4 纸，这时打印机将自动进纸并打印打印机的配置参数，如果涉及的参数项比较多则一页有可能打不完，这时需要再放入一张纸到打印机以便完整的打印当前配置参数。

4 ．打印完成后关闭打印机电源。

如何修改打印机配置参数操作步骤：建议用户在不清楚每项参数的确切意义时，不要修改打印机的配置参数。

要进行参数设置（SET-UP ）须按以下操作进行：∙关机。

∙同时按下STATION1 和STATION2 键，然后开机，直到打印机初始化动作完成。

∙在进纸槽中插入一张A4 规格的纸。

这时，打印机打印出一行提示信息：按STATION1 认可当前参数按STATION2 选择下一参数按LOCAL 开始设定参数∙按下LOCAL 键，机器进入设置状态。

同时打印出如下一行：MENU ：配置模式∙如果这时按下STATION1 键，将意味着认可当前参数“配置模式”项，并对“配置模式”下的参数设置逐一进行选择。

∙如果这时按下STATION2 键，将意味着不选择当前参数“配置模式”项，这时打印机将打印出：MENU ：配置模式IBM 配置同理：如果接下来按下STATION1 键，将意味着认可当前参数选项（“ IBM 配置”），并对其下的参数设置逐一进行选择。

如果这时按下STATION2 键，将意味着不认可当前参数选项，这时打印机又将打印出下一选项，直到打印出要修改的模块，按下STATION1 键，进入“配置参数设置”逐一进行选择。

∙进入“配置参数设置”：打印机的配置参数分为六个模块，即“配置模式”、“ IBM 配置”、“ OLIVETTI配置”、“水平磁条选件”（配有水平磁条选件才有此选项）、“ OKI 配置”和“ LQ 配置”，进入“配置参数设置”是指进入了六个模块之中的任何一个，并准备修改此模块下的参数。

点击Application all modification按钮，保存设置，返回终端界面。

0引言IER400B型打印机是法国IER公司生产的一款打印机,以热敏方式打印纸质进程单,进程单的格式符合中国民航行业标准,被国内外空中交通管制单位广泛采用。

民航河北空管分局主用自动化系统为南京莱斯空管自动化系统,2012年正式投入使用,所用进程单打印机为IER400B型,放置在塔台、进近相应管制席位机架上,与飞行计划处理机的串行口相连接,是管制指挥过程中重要的辅助工具。

随着管制业务量增加,进程单打印机使用频繁,导致打印机故障率不断提高。

本文结合河北空管分局使用IER400B型打印机的实际情况,针对遇到的典型故障进行分析并排除,总结切实可行的维护方法,便于更好地服务管制。

1软件故障案例1.1故障现象打印机参数在初始化过程中丢失,导致打印出的进程单格式内容有误。

各管制部门肩负着各自的管制责任，同时又相互协作，需要交换大量的数据和信息，其中包括航班信息和管制移交信息，实时高效地实现空管各种业务，提供准确实时的航班信息。

该文就简单介绍AIMS系统中飞行进程单的维护配置的情况。

飞行进程单主要用来向空中交通管制员提供每架飞机的飞行动态信息，使管制员在实时管制时保证飞机能够安全有序地运行，飞行数据管理器（FDM）为用户提供自动或手动打印进程单的功能。

目前青海分局航管信息自动化处理系统配置的打印机型号为法国公司生产的IER 400B打印机，格式符合行业标准，可以供管制员使用，由于青海空管分局的ATC3000自动化不具备进程单打印功能，为了满足备用自动化的常态化运行，因此民航青海空管分局AIMS 进程单打印机主要是配合在备用自动化系统ATC3000使用期间进行进程单打印工作，目前AIMS系统在进近管制室有2个席位，在塔台管制室有一个席位，目前设置都是自动打印进程单，在暑运高峰期，设置塔台管制员席位进程单打印机打印2份进程单，其中一份给地面管制席位使用，进近管制室03扇区限时开放，AIMS进程单打印机不具备分扇打印功能，因此需要维护人员手动开关进程单打印机，以满足管制需求。

该文就AIMS打印机在民航青海空管分局使用期间的使用和配置情况进行简单介绍。

１　进程单打印机的初始配置在初次使用进程单打印机前，需要进行基本的配置。

首先配置IP地址，打印机默认 IP 是 192.168.0.100，IER 400B的IP 地址也可以通过按一次前面板的ON/OFF LINE键看到，使用网线将进程单打印机和电脑终端相连，电脑终端IP地址配置必须与进程单打印机在同一网段，IP 最后一位可以自由设定数字，但是为了防止重复，不能设置为 100。
