四、灵活使用过渡词
在写作时，一定要使用好过渡词，这样 写出的文章才显得上下文结构紧凑、逻 辑严密、浑然一体。常见的过渡词有： (1) 表示因果关系的过渡词：
for this reason, as a result, in this way, thanks to, therefore
(2) 表示并列关系的过渡词：
and, as well as, not only ... but also, both ... and, either ... or, neither ... nor… (3) 表示递进关系的过渡词： besides, in addition（加之，除……之外）, what’s more（更重要的是) (4) 表示转折对比的过渡词：
but, however, in spite of, on (the) one hand ... on the other hand
(5) 表示条件的过渡词：
if, unless, on condition that (6) 表示陈述事实的过渡词：
as a matter of fact, to tell you the truth (7) 表示总结的过渡词：

（一）避免使用高频词
英语中有些词使用频率很高，如interesting、 good、difficult、important、very等，在写作 时，如果用这些高频词自然给人“千人一面”的 感觉。但如果我们用另外一些同义的“偏僻词或 短语”来代替他们，这样的句子当然显得别具一 格，分数自然就会高人一档。
一、巧谋篇，精布局
英语书面表达虽然是一篇只有100 词左右的短文，但它也是一篇文章。麻 雀虽小，五脏俱全。所以在安排篇章结 构时，建议同学们采取三段式格式，杜 绝一段式，特别是那种first … second … third…挂账式的格式。
二、句式灵活，结构丰富
一篇100词左右的短文一般就是10个左 右的句子，但这10个句子，首先一定要做到 句式灵活多变、丰富多彩，千万不能句式单 一，像疑问句、感叹句、并列句、定语从句、 状语从句、There be句型、强调句型、倒装 句型、分词短语等都要做到应有尽有，彰显 熟练驾驭英语语言的高超能力。
欣赏：句中表示递进关系的过渡词What’s more 的运用，使整个上下文句子显得浑然一体，层次 分明。
(2) Not only will our club’s works be displayed, but we also have a valuable set of paper-cutting created by a famous artist of this field. (2017 全国卷 2）
（2） What’s more, everyone of you will be welcome to take part (participate) in it, enjoying the movie, having a heated discussion afterwards and giving your own comments. （2018 全国卷2 ） 欣赏：该句中的三个现在分词短语enjoying the movie, having a heated discussion afterwards and giving your own comments用得好，如果我们改用 and连接的并列结构 ，句子结构就没有用分词短语 这么高大上。

“在高考中，英语写作怎样才能精彩而得满分 呢？” 答案是: 只有符合《普通高校招生全国统一 考试大纲》中最新的 “写作评分标准”第五档 （21-25分）要求的作文才能得高分或满分，即 “覆盖了所有要点；应用了较多的语法结构和词 汇；语法结构或词汇方面有些许错误，但为尽力 使用较复杂结构或较高级词汇所致；有效使用了 语句间的连接词，使全文结构紧凑。” 怎样才能 写出符合上述高标准、严要求的书面表达呢？
高级词汇
1. 动词短语类： (1) refer to替换talk about/of (2) be addicted to替换be interested in (3) do sb. a/the favor替换help (4) struggle to do sth.替换try/do one’s best to do
in a word(总之，简言之), in short(总之), generally speaking, in conclusion
（1） What’s more, when you are enjoying the meal, you need to avoid making noises while chewing food. （2018全国卷2）

其次，一定要记住适当使用复杂结构。
什么是复杂结构呢？复杂结构通常指以下几种情况：
1．使用主从复合句，如在一个句子中加入定语从句、 状语从句、宾语从句、同位语从句、主语从句和表语从句
等。如：
But this is the first time that I have written an application and the personals resume, so I don’t know if there are something to pay attention to.（2016全国卷2） 赏析：该句堪称经典句。首先是使用了This is the first time+ that定 语从句给它添彩，紧接着是运用了so引导的结果状语从句为它锦上 添花， 特别是在结果状语从句又使用了宾语从句if there are something to pay attention to ，使整个句子精彩绝伦。这样的经典 句型，同学们没有理由不学会模仿使用。
