國民小學校長領導能力評鑑指標與權重體系建構之研究江鴻鈞國立台中教育大學教育研究所博士班摘要本研究的目的，首先從領導能力的理論基礎探討國民小學校長領導能力之意涵，其次，以模糊德菲術擷取國民小學校長領導能力的評鑑指標，最後，運用模糊層級分析法建構評鑑指標之權重體系。
本研究採用對政策利害關係人的問卷調查，藉以蒐集專家對國民小學校長領導能力評鑑指標之意見及看法，所選定參與意見者包括學者9人、教育行政人員6人、國民小學校長9人和國民小學教師8人，問卷全數收回，所採用之研究工具為「國民小學校長領導能力評鑑指標建構德菲術調查問卷（第一回合）」、「國民小學校長領導能力評鑑指標德菲術相對權重調查問卷（第二回合）」，資料分析，第一階段利用Microsoft Windows 2003 Server +II S6.0中文版作業系統之APS網頁Script語言，自行開發之Web線上評鑑指標篩選系統以EXCEL 2000版運算功能，求出各評鑑指標之三角模糊數，以擷取適當之評鑑指標，第二階段則運用Buckley（1985）所提出之模糊層級分析法概念進行相關計算，以建構其權重體系。
以此建構完成之評鑑工具，藉以檢證國民小學校長所應具備之學校領導能力。
