本文档重点介绍DCS通过虚拟DPU与第三方系统通讯的实现方案,虚拟DPU运行在NT+系统的MMI站上,一个虚拟DPU可同时和多个第三方系统通讯。
DCS与第三方系统之间可基于以太网或串口通讯,通讯协议为Modbus over TCP/IP 或Modbus RTU。
在实际应用中,将根据不同需求采用不同的通讯方案:①基于以太网通讯:通讯协议为Modbus over TCP/IP,DCS与每个第三方系统均可视为网络上的一个通讯结点,需要知道每个结点的IP地址和端口号,配置文件中将明确指定每个通讯结点的IP和端口号。
②基于串口通讯:通讯协议为Modbus RTU,DCS与第三方系统之间通过串口服务器作为转接接口。
串口服务器一端通过以太网和DCS连接,另一端则通过RS485和第三方系统连接。
串口服务器通常具有多个连接端口,每个端口连接一个第三方系统。

STEP 2: Use an Ethernet cable to connect the unit to the network. STEP 3: Connect your device to the desired port on the unit.STEP 4: Place or mount the unit. The unit may be placed on ahorizontal surface such as a desktop, or mounted on the wall. Mounting OptionsThe NPort IA5000A-I/O and IAW5000A-I/O are designed to be attached to a DIN rail or mounted on a wall.STEP 1: Insert the top of the DIN rail into the slot. STEP 2: The DIN rail attachment unit will snap into place as shown at right.Wall Mounting (optional)For some applications, it may be more convenient to mount the NPort IA5000A-I/O or IAW5000A-I/O to a wall, as illustrated below.Do not drive the screws in all the way—leave a space of about 2 mm to allow room for sliding the wall-mounting panel between the wall and the screws.NOTE Test the screw head and shank size by inserting the screws into one of the keyhole-shaped apertures of the wall-mounting platesbefore they are fixed to the wall.STEP 3: Once the screws are fixedinto the wall, insert the four screwheads through the large openingof the keyhole-shaped apertures,and then slide the NPortdownwards, as indicated to theright. Tighten the screws for addedstability.Termination Resistor and Adjustable Pull-Up/Down ResistorsIn some critical environments, you may need to add termination resistors to prevent the reflection of serial signals. When using termination resistors, it is important to set the pull-up/down resistors correctly so that the electrical signal is not corrupted. The NPort IA5000A-I/O andIAW5000A-I/O Series use DIP switches to set the pull-up/down resistor values for each serial port. The DIP switches are located at the side of wireless device server for easy setting.To add a 120 Ω termination resistor, set switch 3 on the port’s assigned DIP switch to ON; set switch 3 to OFF (the default setting) to disable the termination resistor.To set the pull-up/down resistors to 150 KΩ, set switches 1 and 2 on the port’s assigned DIP switch to OFF. After searchingthe LAN for NPort units, the Device Search Utility will display theIP address of each unit.NOTE (For the NPort IAW5000A-I/O Series)Ethernet Bridge Disabled (default): Only one networkinterface can be active at a time. If the Ethernet link is active, theWLAN will be inactive. If the WLAN is active, the Ethernet link willbe inactive.Ethernet Bridge Enabled: The LAN and WAN will both beactive. Go to the web console, find the network settings page,and set Ethernet Bridge to Enabled.Open the web console to make the configuration changes as follows: STEP 1: Open your web browser.STEP 2: In the address bar, enter the default IP address (for the NPort IA5000A-I/O Series, it is 192.168.127.254; for the NPort IAW5000A-I/O Series, it is 192.168.126.254)STEP 3: The web server will ask for the username and password before you log in. To configure the device server, you may use the default user/default password admin /moxa to log in the web console.STEP 4: For first-time use, click the Wizard in the left navigation panel. 爱WiFi业务AP(无线路由器)安装维护规范一、AP选择要点根据爱WiFi AP实景测试数据,选择爱WiFi AP(无线路由器)要依据客户现场环境而定。
1.1.平面覆盖式开放式大厅,覆盖半径10米,功率200毫瓦,内置环形天线或外置2天线放装AP(无线路由器)均可以胜任。
1.2.立体覆盖式开放式大厅,覆盖半径25米,要求上下层穿墙信号强度,推荐大功率功率吸顶式AP(无线路由),内置大功率发射天线,增加立体覆盖范围。
1.3.混合覆盖式若想使放装AP(无线路由器)增强信号或者增加覆盖面积,可使用增益天线,增益天线的作用跟天线多少是一样的,主要是稳定信号,增加平面覆盖范围。
而信号强度比如说穿墙后信号效果主要是由无线路由器的发送功率决定的,一般对正常人无害的最大值是20DB,还跟天线接受灵敏度有关系,灵敏度越高的,在信号强度很低的情况下依然可以捕捉信号,容易穿越障碍物体。
二、AP安装要点2.1.AP放置房间中间不管AP(无线路由器)放在哪,盲点都是不可避免的,而减少盲点的最佳位置就是把路由器放在房间中间。
如果路由器靠墙放置,无线信号不仅会被墙壁、门挡住,还会在角落里形成死角。
2.2.AP远离强电、强磁、强腐蚀干扰安装爱WiFi AP(无线路由器)位置必须保证无强电、强磁和强腐蚀性设备的干扰,如爱WiFi路由器安装位置的四周有特殊物品,如微波炉、无绳电话等他干扰源,建议AP 至少离开此类干扰源2~3 米。
2.3.AP安装场所干燥、通风、不易燃爱WiFi AP(无线路由器)安装场所应干燥、灰尘小、且通风良好,安装爱WiFi路由器的室内不得放置易燃品。
2.4.AP安装必须固定爱WiFi AP(无线路由器)壁挂安装在大楼墙面上,必须用固定架固定住,安装在天花板上,不允许悬空放置或直接扔在天花板上面。
2.5.AP POE(远程供电)距离不超60米在安装AP 设备时,POE供电模块跟AP 之间的最长距离60米,交换机与POE供电模块之间的最长距离80米。

网络通讯线走线采用双向配置,锅炉、汽机两边分开。

B . IDAS 远程I/O 前置机根据现场要求,合理安装。
前置机安装位置应尽量远离带有强电工作的设备或变频器。
C . 网络通讯线从IDAS 通讯转换口处引出,依次将现场前置机“串接”(其实是并接)起来,通讯线走至末端,在末端前置机通讯端子上加一匹配电阻便可。
匹配电阻为标准100Ω、1/4W 电阻。
D . 通讯线严禁与动力电缆敷设在一起,应分层敷设(一般走信号电缆层)。
E . 网络中A 网与B 网的通讯线不能交叉混接,敷设过程中应标明电缆进出走向,便于检查和维护。
2.前置机的外形尺寸A . IDAS-2102测量前置机的信号线、通讯电缆均由下方密封橡胶头引入,必要时可以灌入密封胶,保证整机的密封性能,确保防尘、防潮的技术要求。
如图所示(黑色方块即为密封橡胶头)。
外壳上的信号接线记录用于用户自行标注信号名称和来源。

1.基本硬件连接
开关量输出端子(绿色端子)
提供8路继电器触点输出。
2个接线端子为一个开关(Output1-8)。
每路开关最大负载:AC 250V/10A、AC 125V/30A、DC 30V/10A。
EIO开关量输出逻辑图。
EIO控制220V线路接线图。
开关量输入端子(黄色端子)
由板子提供一个开关量检测信号(COMM脚),当此检测信号与开关量输入端(Input1-8)中的任何一个接通时,此开关量输入端为接通状态,检测
数据字节对应位被置1,否则为0。
温湿度传感器接口
建议使用或以上线径的4芯屏蔽线或4芯护套线,连接EIO-HF和温湿度传感器探头。
最远通讯距离可达15米。
不可使用网线作为通讯线。
电源输入
DC12V 500mA端子式电源输入,请按照外壳文字说明连接电源正负极。
使用过程中,如果由于供电电源超过上述规定而造成的损失,不在免费保修范围之内。
RS232/RS485接口
UART端口的1、9脚分别对应RS485的A+、B-。
UART端口的2、3、5分别对应RS232的收、发、地。
控制通讯方式及协议
<通过以太网&TCP/IP控制>:此模式为默认模式,通过TCP/IP Modbus TCP 通讯协议进行控制,设备监听在502端口,具体报文格式及内容,请查看光盘内的《EIO技术配置手册》,或使用光盘内的演示软件查看控制报文。
应用软件可以使用Socket规范与EIO建立用于控制通讯TCP/IP连接。
也可以VSPM软件,将EIO映射成本机的虚拟COM,应用软件采用串口编程方式与EIO进行控制通讯。
RS232协议转换
RS232协议转换默认TCP/IP监听端口为6020,连接到此端口,或将此端口映射成虚拟串口,即可通讯。
RS485协议转换
RS485协议转换默认TCP/IP监听端口为6021,连接到此端口,或将此端口
映射成虚拟串口,即可通讯。
网络
设备支持10Mbps以太网接入,不支持网线自动翻转,如果与网卡连接,需
要使用交叉网线。
与交换机或集线器连接,使用普通的568B/A网线即可。
2.检查运行状态
上电后就可以观察设备的工作状态。
正常情况下,<Work>指示灯每隔一秒闪烁一次,长亮或长灭都为不正常状态。
以太网连接正常时<联接>指示灯将长亮。
其他状态,参考下面的指示灯含义说明。
Data:网络数据,以太网连接有数据传输时闪烁。
Link:网络连接,以太网连接正常时为长亮。
Work:正常启动并工作后,每隔一秒闪烁一次,长亮或长灭都为故障状
态。
UART:当与虚拟串口软件或其他控制软件建立连接后为长亮状态,在串口
转TCP/IP透明数据时,此指示灯转换为数据转发指示。
CMD:每执行一次远程控制命令,此指示灯闪烁一次。
PWR:正常时为长亮状态。
3.EIO Link技术
2个EIO设备可以通过EIO Link技术配置成对联模式。
此模式特点:
EIO-A的开关量输入状态将被复制到EIO-B开关量输出
EIO-B的开关量输入状态将被复制到EIO-A开关量输出
EIO-A与EIO-B的串口协议转换功能也可以设置为透明传输模式。
EIO出厂时,均为EIO Link的<EIO Link Server模式>,所以一个EIO使用默认设置,另一个使用<EIO Link Client模式>就可以完成对联。
EIO-A使用默认设置,工作在<EIO Link Server模式>。
在EIO-B的<EIO
Link>菜单中,设置为<EIO Link Client模式>,并将EIO-B的远程服务器地址设置为EIO-A的IP地址,就可以完成对联设置。
EIO Link模式有效情况下,Modbus TCP的开关量输出控制功能将被禁用,但是可以轮询EIO的开关量输入状态。
4.开关量状态主动上传功能配置
启用EIO Link的<EIO Link Server模式>(默认已经启用)
使用TCP/IP协议连接EIO的5100端口,或将此端口映射成虚拟串口。
当开关量发生变化时,可以从此TCP/IP连接,或虚拟串口接收到状态数
5.安装VSPM虚拟串口软件
1)安装光盘或从网络下载的VSPM虚拟串口软件。
2)EIO默认设置为Server模式,所以择VSPM的Client模式(默认模式)。
3)选择<使用设备探测器建立虚拟串口>,进入主界面后,选择<扫描添加设
备>
4)修设备IP地址
选择一个扫描到的设备
在<IP地址>输入栏中,为设备指定一个新的可访问的IP地址
单击<修改设备网络参数>,设备修改IP地址为指定地址,并自动重启用于应用设置
启动完毕后单击<搜索设备>,就可以看到设备已经修改为新的IP地址。
5)选择映射此设备端口,就可以自动映射出对应的虚拟串口
设备的RS232协议转换端口被映射到COM2,对应:6020
设备的RS485协议转换端口被映射到COM3,对应:6021
设备的Modbus TCP端口被映射到COM4,对应:502
6.通过Socket控制EIO
运行光盘内的eiodemo_socket-> 。
此目录下有测试程序的Delphi源码。
1)点击连接
2)测试输出,点击输出1-8,相应的继电器应该吸合。
3)测试入,点击输<重新读取开关量输入状态>,如果响应输入通道为1,将在
输入1-8上打勾。
7.温湿度数据采集
安装ESEN采集软件,此软件支持1-500点温湿度数据采集及现场报警。
新建一个采集点即可看到温湿度数据。
编程协议见《EIO技术配置手册》。
8.管理EIO
可以使用VSPM的<Telnet管理>功能或超级终端的TCP/IP功能登录到设备进行管理。
EIO默认的管理员口令:admin
9.恢复出厂值
通常不需要此操作,因为设备支持设备探测功能,所以即使遗失了IP地址,也可以通过虚拟串口的<设备探测器>找到设备,并且可以通过软件管理功能来恢复出厂设置。
按住恢复出厂值按钮,重新启动或上电,等待10秒左右,直到<Work>指示灯开始闪烁,就可以恢复到下列默认设置:
IP地址:IP认证:禁用
EIO设备性能指标。
