2.2 The procedure also caters for emergencies arising out of office hours. It is anticipated that notification of emergencies occurring during office hours will bevia normal channels. The response arrangements will however, be as per the procedure.本程序还考虑办公时间以外出现的紧急事件。
在办公时间出现的紧急事件将由正常的渠道通知,响应安排将按本程序执行。
3. LEVELS OF RESPONSE反应等级3.1 As emergency situations differ in severity, for the purpose of establishing the appropriate level of response required, incidents are ranked as Levels 1, 2 and3.由于紧急事件发生的严重等级各不相同,为了满足适当的响应级别的要求,将事故等级分为1,2和3级。
Level 1 - This would be, but may not be limited to, a medical rescue, which is the result of illness or minor injury or minor incident. Some examples would be:1级---包含疾病、轻微的伤害或事故导致的医疗救护在内的轻微事件。
例如:a) An environmental spill of 1 barrel or less.1只桶或不到1只桶(的化学品)溢溅至环境中。
b) A fire, that was extinguished with a hand held fire extinguisher.可以用手提式灭火器扑灭的火灾。
c) A single vehicle accident without injury没有人员伤害的单独的车辆事故。
.In such instances the response would be limited to the immediate supervisor.在这类事例中,响应(动作)应局限于直接的主管。
Level 2 - This would be a medical rescue, which is the result of an injury, caused by an accident, serious enough to require investigation and which may have been reported to the local authority by the Contractor / Subcontractor. Level 3 - This is an emergency situation, which has resulted in the mobilization of the site emergency response organization. In such instances the full Project Emergency Response Team will be mobilized. Some examples would be:3级-这种紧急事件会导致现场紧急事件响应组织的介入。

Level 2 and above emergency respond must report to owner timely and owner will attend investigation二级和二级以上应急响应必须报告给业主,业主将参加调查4. ACTIONS / REQUIREMENTS行动4.1 General通则4.1.1 In order that the Emergency Response Team can function properly the following will be provided:为使紧急响应小组能正确发挥作用,必须提供如下(条件):a) A listing of all personnel employed and their work locations.所有雇员的名单,及他们的工作场所。
