当气温≥体温时，蒸发是唯一的散热途径。 ①不感蒸发（不显汗蒸发）
指体液的水分直接透出皮肤和黏膜表面，在未聚成明显的水滴前蒸发掉的散热形式。

1.昼夜变化清晨2:00~6:00最低，午后1:00~6:00最高。两者间的差不能大于 1℃。 2.性别差异 ⑴成年女性的体温平均比男性高0.3℃。 ⑵女性的体温随月经周期而变动，排卵日最低。 3.年龄差异新生儿的体温＞成年人＞老年人。 4.肌肉活动肌肉活动时，肌肉代谢明显增强，产热增加。 5.其他

案例：患者蔡某，35岁，工人。2天前因淋浴受凉后出现体温升高，体温达40.2℃，时有寒战，伴有流涕、咳嗽，诊断为普通感冒，经服用阿司匹林后患者大汗淋漓，随后体温下降至37.6℃。
