本单元主要谈论暑假计划的话题，是本书的重点单元，在中考中常以作文计划暑假生活。

本课单词if是中考考点和难点。

2.学生分析本课在单元中占第三课，学生对于本单选话题还比较新鲜，不会受前面课时的影响，思维较发散，所以要在课本的基础上发散学生思维，通过肯定相关内容的回答来实现。

对于暑假生活的话题，前面接触较少并感兴趣，本课主要讲暑假的棒球运动。

对于初一学生，作文能力达不到，所以采用挖空式，既锻炼单词短语能力，有提升语篇整体感知能力，同时提高写作能力，仿照写出一些简单句子。
