简单句,顾名思义就是只有一个谓语的独立英语句子,而复合句分为并列复合句和从属复合句。
并列复合句是指由and,but,both……and等连接的句子。
从属复合句分为:名词性从句、形容词从句(也叫定语从句),副词从句(也叫状语从句)。
名词性从句是把完整的句子当作名词来使用,使之在另外一个句子中充当某种成分。
于是名词性从句按照名词在句子中的角色就可以分为主语从句、宾语从句、表语从句、同位语从句。
很多中学生在进行英语写作时,都难免会用到定语从句。
实际上,如果定语从句用得好的话,能够为英语写作加分不少。
然而很多中学生在应用定语从句时会出现一些常见错句,结果适得其反,严重影响学生英语学习和英语写作水平。
