7B Unit4 Amazing things涟水县陈师中学贺娟娟一、设计理念根据新课标,以学生为主体,尊重个体差异,依据学生的年龄、心理等特点以及他们的兴趣、爱好为出发点。
同时,在课堂教学设计的每个环节上都要充分考虑学生的需求。
培养学生自主、合作、探究精神、突出语言实际运用能力的理念而设计。
二、教材分析本节课是阅读课“amazing things”reading about “A ghost in the park”学生对这个话题比较感兴趣,公园里的鬼更能吸引他们的注意力,他们对此很有好奇心,会突发奇想从而引导他们进行深入的思考与探讨。
三、学情分析初一的学生求知欲比较强烈,而且能大胆的发表见解,并且有了一定的口头交际能力,动手能力,创新能力及合作精神。
本节课的主题符合初一的学生性格,他们对生活中惊奇的事物有一定的好奇感,一味的想追根究底,因此教师需要抓住学生的这些生理和心理特点,按照任务型阅读的基本技能的要求,通过体验、实践、合作、交流和探究等方式,学习和使用英语,完成学习任务针对本节课学生感兴趣的写作话题。
四、教学策略设计本课是牛津英语7BUnit4 第一课时。
本节课是通过对奇特事物的学习,来激发学生的学习兴趣,进而达到写作的目的,在教学中采用情景交际法,小组活动和集体讨论等方法,来激发学生的学习积极性,提高学生的语言能力,同时培养学生的组织能力,合作精神和创新意识。
本课采用电教设备:录音机和电脑多媒体,利于发挥学生的想象力和创造力,从而取得较好的课堂效果。
五、教学策略阅读教学是一个单元最核心的部分,最重要的内容。
在这一板块要求我们广大英语老师不但要对学生阅读方法进行指导,还要求进行知识点的教学,因为这是应对考试所不可缺少的。
阅读设计思路:快读(Fast Reading)---精读(Intensive Reading)---操练(Practising)---讨论(discussion)---巩固(Consolidation)。

重点词汇讲解 1.Don’t afraid.生:“别害怕”译作“Don’t afraid”,为什么老师说是错误的呢?师:因为afraid是形容词,“害怕的”意思,而否定词don’t后应接动词原形,所以应补上动词be。
例:Don’t be late next time. It is going to be rainy tomorrow. 2.north of在……北面生:The city of Beijing is north of China.这个句子老师说有问题,我们讨论又不能知道原因,请解释。
师:这个问题有些复杂,请看图示:B is in the north of A. B在A的北部。
(在同一范围内)C is on(或to)the north of A. C在A 的北边。
(两者相邻)D is to the north of A. D在A的北部。
(两者不接壤)因此,正确的表达应该是The city of Beijing is in the north of China.3.northeast,southwest生:这两个词的汉语意思有些怪,为什么呢?另外方向怎么表示?师:在英语中有少数词的翻译同汉语意思相反。
例如:northeast(东北),southwest(西南),northwest(西北),southeast(东南),you and I (我和你),old and new(新旧),at sixes and sevens(乱七八糟),right and left(左右),heavy and light(轻重),etc. 4.work生:work 是“工作”的意思,我碰到一个句子“My watch doesn’t work”,如果译作“我的手表不工作了”,那太别扭了,怎么办呢?师:work的基本意思是“工作、劳动”。
