何玉门（1928-)动画导演 中国美术片导演、编剧。生于黑龙江 齐齐哈尔。曾在齐齐哈尔市文艺工作团、 民众教育馆工作。解放后在东北电影制厂 美术片组，1956年调入上海美术电影制片 厂。处女作《夸口的青蛙》颇受好评。主 要作品有《小鲤鱼跳龙门》、《小朋友 们》、《好猫咪咪》、《善良夏吾冬》等。 其中《小鲤鱼跳龙门》获1959年第一届莫 斯科国际电影节动画片银质奖；《好猫咪 咪》获1979年文化部优秀新片奖。他创作 了十一部动画片剧本。

方明（1919—1999）动画专家、导演 1919年3月3日出生于日本东京佐贺市， 并在佐贺市度过少年时代 ,1939 年入映画 社，师从日本美术电影大师 濑尾光世。 1945年4月来到我国东北，1947年，他在 解放区的东北电影制片厂卡通股工作，参 加了中国早期的美术电影工作。他参与了 中国第一部木偶片 《皇帝梦》和动画片 《瓮中捉鳖》的拍摄。1953年回到日本后， 正式开始自己的动漫电影制作，培育出人 偶动漫作家川本喜八郎、真贺里文子，晚 年 又 再 到 中 国 培 养 动 漫 人 才 。

• 上海美术电影制片厂
一九五 0 年二月美术片组南迁上海，成为上海电影制片厂的组成 部分。万籁鸣、万古蟾、万超尘、万涤寰四兄弟以及钱家骏、虞哲光、 马国亮、包蕾等一大批艺术家先后加入了美术片组又从中央美术学院、 苏州美术专科学校、北京电影学校等美术院校吸收了一大批美术工作 者。 1956 年，上海电影制片厂的美术片组已经发展到了 200 余人， 为日后的美术片创作高潮的到来储备了一大批的高质量的人才。

由于诸多因素的制约，国产动画片制 作完成后放映时间很短，一般只有两、三 分钟，无法满足观众的需要。三十年代末， 万氏兄弟开始着手制作较长的动画片， 1904年初完成，这就是中国最早最长的动 画片《铁扇公主》

• 铁扇公主
《铁扇公主》是根据中国古典小说《西游记》中 “ 孙行者三借芭 焦扇 ” 故事改编的。内容着力表现唐僧师徒在赴西天取经过程中与牛 魔王、铁扇公主奋力拼博并最终取得胜利的大无畏精神。暗示了中国抗 日战争艰苦的经历和最终将取得胜利的情景。在这长约八千余尺的大型 动画片中，作者塑造了不少生动的形象，穿插了不少有趣的情节。在动 画处理的技巧上，也达到了一定的成就。该影片曾在东南亚和日本放映 过。《铁扇公主》摄制过程历时一年零四个月，参加工作的有八十余人。 万氏兄弟为中国电影动画片的发展做出了很大的贡献。

从新中国成立以后到五十年代中期，共生产了二十余部动画片，其 中有《骄傲的将军》这样已经具有鲜明的民族风格的动画片和《神笔》、 《谢谢小花猫》等童话题材的动画片和木偶片。 1957 年上海美术电影 制片厂成立之后，创作了一大批优秀短片，如动画片《一幅僮锦》、 《小鲤鱼跳龙门》、《萝卜回来了》、《乌鸦为什么是黑的》、《黄金 梦》、《没头脑和不高兴》、《草原英雄小姐妹》、《济公斗蟋蟀》， 剪纸片《渔童》、《人参娃娃》、《红军桥》，木偶片《半夜鸡叫》、 《掌中戏》等。

起源 中国动画起源于20世纪20年代，1926年摄
关于国产动漫分级制
日本动画有清晰的分级制度，并由映伦等机构审查；中国动画基本没有分 级审查制度，一般由广电总局负责审查，由于现时制作的动画多为低龄类， 所以中国动画只要制作的越低龄化就越容易通过。而日本动画倾向全年龄， 不像中国只准对儿童，所以观看范围较大。 实际上，《画江湖之不良人》这部作品本身并没有所谓的“少儿不宜”内 容，但通过刚才对人物设定与故事背景的简单了解，我们不难发现这显然 不是一部适合低幼龄儿童观看的动画片。本作在当前国漫发展的大环境下 进行作品分级，不失为一种有益的尝试。

那么问题来了： 动漫是只给小孩子看的吗？
