Lesson 16: The Bear Escaped! 教学设计一、设计理念:《中小学英语课程标准》指出:英语教学中应体现交际性,要结合学生的年龄特点和生活实际,创设交际情景,通过大量的语言实践,使学生获得综合运用英语和语言技能进行交际的能力。
针对初中英语新教材容量大的特点,为了使教学面向全体学生,尊重个体差异,充分考虑学生在现有基础、学习潜能等方面存在差异的客观现实,我采用课堂分层教学和小组合作模式等,让学生通过感知,体验、实践、参与和合作探究等活动方式,完成任务和实现目标,达到提高语言运用能力的目的。
二、教材分析:本单元是本册书的第三单元,以“Animals Are Our Friends”为中心话题展开学习,告诉人们动物是人类的好朋友,我们要保护动物。
本课是本单元的第四课,以Jenny 和Brian 开玩笑——熊逃跑为主线,引入西方传统节日——愚人节,让学生认识到愚人节这天,和朋友、同学等可以开适当的玩笑,从而使学生对愚人节有一定的了解。
新教材重视以人为本,学生的发展是英语课程的出发点和归宿。
根据学生实际情况,进行“教材分析”和“教材整合”,调整教学内容以符合学生的认知水平。
本课Let’s do it!第二题听力部分涉及到了Lesson 17的一个重点短语the number of……(……的数量),因此,我把此短语调整到在本课中学习。
三、学情分析:八年级是学习英语的关键时期,这个阶段的学生活泼、好奇心和求知欲望强。
学生的心理特点反映在学习英语的能力上,他们模仿和记忆的能力特别强。
学生的发音器官很灵敏,耳朵辨音的能力强,口舌也能灵活准确地模仿各种发音。
学生的记忆以具体形象记忆为主,并习惯于机械性记忆,但理解和分析语言的能力相对来说较弱。
在知识积累方面,学生已经掌握了一定的词汇和句型,对语言学习的热情也逐步增加。
他们更感兴趣的是如何用英语来表述与现实生活息息相关的话题并寻求合理的解决办法。

在英语中以here或there开头的句子,如果主语是名词,则主语放在谓语动词之后;如果主语是代词,则谓语动词仍位于主语之后。

次课为学生展示了一个愚人节的小玩笑,为学生了解西方文化提供了平台。
学生可以根据此文化背景设计愚人节玩笑,教师教师应创设机会让学生乐于用英语表达,并在课堂活动中提供给学生交际合作的机会。
(二)教学重难点1教学重点:运用所学进行创造,设计愚人节玩笑。

Part three:学情分析针对学生英语学习情况,我在采用任务型教学法的同时,充分利用多媒体教学优势,利用多媒体“图、像、声、色”功能,并辅助其他的教学方法(直观法,交际法,听说法,练习法等),这样由浅入深,由易到难,循序渐进的进行教学。
如在做阅读训练时,所设计两道题,第1,2题较容易,第3题稍有难度,可根据学生实际提问不同层次的学生,使基础差的学生也有表现的机会。
积极尝试分组讨论法,使学困生可以向优秀生请教,优秀生在帮助学困生过程中又提高了自己。
比如在拓展延伸部分复述课文,小组合作,优秀生可帮助学困生,从而共同参与,共同提高。
Part four:学法分析老师不但要教会学生知识,更要教会学生如何学习,正如“授之与鱼不如授之与渔”。
