All products shall be tested according to either the appropriate age grade or the labeled age grade if it is more stringent. In the event the sample is not age labeled, the test lab shall determine the appropriate age grade and test accordingly.

CRITERIA Exposed natural feathers are not allowed on items worn or intended to be wrapped or secured on the body and cannot be quickly withdrawn by the wearer.
