Topic: Grade 9 Unit 5 Lesson 25 Let’s Do an Experiment!一、Lesson type: 听说课二、Resource analysis:本单元的主题是science而本单元的第一课Lesson 25 Let`s Do an Experiment! 正好是以一个物理上的空气压力的实验为主题，并以听说课的形式呈现出来的内容，这样不仅可以很快的激发学生对科学方面的兴趣，从而从上一单元以“文学”为主题的思维中走出来，而且对后面的“化学，天文学，生物学”等方面的知识起到一个抛砖引玉的作用。

三、Student analysis:关于学生，大部分学生的基础还好，唯一不足的就是动嘴说的能力较差，也就是常说的哑巴英语。

但英语本身就是一门语言交流的工具，说是很重要的一项技能，我想一节有趣味的科学英语课再加上一些英语基础知识还不错的学生，让他们自愿自觉开口说的目的还是不难实现的。

因此，关于本节课我决定做一次真正的物理实验，在课前我会准备一些实验用具，如广口瓶，水，硬纸板。

在上课的时候边学边做，让他们在做中学，学中做，学生们肯定会充满了期待和好奇。

四、Teaching objectives:知识与技能：90%以上的学生能够通过“听，说”掌握本课三个重点单词、四个短语和三个句子correct, method, force, take…off, turn…upside down, pour out, scientific method90%以上的学生能够通过“阅读”掌握本课重点句子1.
