Atlas Copco Drilling SolutionsAftermarket –Activiewer®CDUser GuideIn order to view the digital spare parts lists on your computer,you need the ActiViewer®program. The ActiViewer®is an easily used tool for finding the right spare parts for your machine.
The installation file for the ActiViewer®is called, Setup_Actiview.exe, this file is found under the Installers / Help button on the start page of the CD-ROM delivered with your machine. Accept the proposed default settings when installing the program.
The CD-ROM also contains a PDF-version of the Parts lists. Quickhelp for UpTime ActiView®
Changing size on the different windows in UpTime ActiView®.In order to change the size on any of the presentation windows, do as follows: 1. Click and hold down your left mouse button on: 2. Move the mouse in any direction to adjust the size of the windows.
Open a publicationIn order to open a publication, do as follows: 1. Click on 2. The window "Open publication" is visible. 3. Choose your publication (It is saved as a .avw-file). 4. Click on Open.Zooming in picturesTo be able to magnify a picture visible in the "picture window",do as follows:1. Click on 2. The mouse marker in the "picture window" is now displayed as a magnifier. 3. Click and hold down the left mouse button, move the mouse over the area by your choice. 4. The area will now be presented in a frame. 5. Release the mouse button.
Pan in picturesTo be able to navigate in a enlarged picture, do as follows: 1. Click on . 2. The mouse marker in the "picture window" is now displayed as a hand. 3. Click anywhere in the picture (keep the button down). 4. Navigate in the picture by moving the mouse. 5. It is also possible by looking in the Pan window to see whereyou are in the picture.
Restore picture Click on to go back to the initial picture.
Use the Pan windowTo use the Pan window, do as follows: 1. Click on 2. The Pan window is now visible, with a frame representing thatpart of the picture which is shown in the "picture window". 3. To be able to navigate in the enlarged part of the picture, click in the Pan window and move the mouse.Rotate graphicClick on to rotate the graphic 90 degrees.
Show next or previous pictureIt is possible to navigate trough the pictures shown in the "picture window". The field shows which the current picture is and how many pictures the current document contains. The field in the example shows that picture two, of totally three, is displayed.
To navigate trough the pictures, use the arrows as follows: Click on to show the next picture. Click on to show the previous picture.
Print current graphic Click on to print current graphic. MY LIST -Utilizing the list (only Spare parts catalogue) This list can be used for making an availability check list to your warehouse. It can be opened in a spread sheet (Excel) and changed as wanted. It can be used as an inquiry attachment. Only your imagination sets the limits.
•Click on the list icon in front of the article you want toput in your list (MY LIST) •In the opened field, change quantity if wanted and then click on the list icon . The chosen article is now shown in MY LIST down left. •MY LIST can be saved in 2 formats, XLS for Excel or XML for later use in ActiViewer or as an import format to other programs. Click the disk icon.•A saved list in XML format on your local disk can be uploaded in ActiViewer and continue adding articles to it. Click the Open folder icon to upload.•Print the list by clicking on the printer icon.•Clear the list and start making a new list by clicking the Blank page icon. INDEX –Parts list by Description This list can be used for locating an assembly where a part can be found.•Select by Description from the INDEX list or enter a keyword.•Then select the assembly in the lower window.SEARCH –Parts by Description or Part NumberThis list can be used for locating an assembly where a part can be found.•Enter a keyword description or part number and select icon.•Then select the “Assembly”to view related parts.www.atlascopco.com/drillingsolutionswww.acdsgarland.com
