第一章前言
摘要
本论文详细地介绍了汽车发动机油底壳的拉延模设计。汽车发动机油底壳是汽车拉延件的一部分,与一般的冲压件相比,具有材料薄、形状复杂、结构尺寸大和表面质量要求高、硬度强度要求大等特点。需要经过多道工序如拉延、修边等才能完成。在整个生产过程中,拉延成型是最关键的,也是最难的一道工序,而决定拉延成败和工件质量的是拉延成型的模具。对于这种复杂的拉延件,单凭经验是很难预先估计的,使得模具的准确定难以保证,要等到试模时才能发现问题,从而使生产周期加长,效率降低。利用成形过程模拟技术,可以及早的发现问题,改进模具设计。Autoform是利用有限元法对金属冲压全过程进行模拟分析,在整个产品开发设计及模具开发过程中起到主导作用。从而大大缩短了模具调试周期,降低制模成本。本文中利用Pro/E三维造型进行三维零件结构设计,用该软件对汽车发动机油底壳的拉延成型进行有限元分析,确定合理的拉延成型工艺,最后利用UG制造功能对模具进行模拟加工。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, a detailed description of Automobile Engine Oil Sump Drawing Die Design. Oil Sump is a part of automobile engine. Compared with general stampings ,with a thin material ,the shape of complex, large size, high surface quality requirements, high production costs,requirements hardness. Need to go through multichannel processes such as drawing ,punching ,such as trimming to complete. In this entire production of Drawing is a key process, Drawing the success of failure of the decision and the quality of sheet metal, the experience alone is difficult to anticipate, making it difficult mold design to ensure the accuracy, we often have to wait to die when the test revealed the issue of mold. We use sheet metal forming simulation technology, you can discover problems early, and to improve the mold design. Finite element analysis software tool has significantly shortened the debugging cycle and lower tooling costs. In this paper, we use the latter hoardings Autoform Drawing to the finite element analysis to determine a reasonable drawing forming process. And the use of Pro/e functional three—dimensional modeling and assembly of the three –dimensional panel structure design Drawing Die.
