prosperity, achieving a remarkable yields and made an outstanding contribution to
the peace and

development of Asia and the globe [2]. The enormous triumph and ascendancy are the
significant miracles created by the Asian people, which is also a monumental symbol
of the

boost and revolution of the world in 20th century [3].
[1] 中文所谓“不屈不挠的斗争”，“斗争”处理成fight, struggle, combat都可以，
但fight原义是“打仗”、“战斗”， 指“任何形式的斗争”， 特别强调“短兵相接”，
而struggle本义是

“挣扎”， 指“克服某种障碍或困难， 以达到某种目的”， 意味着“处境难”， 如：They
were struggling for peace. 他们为和平而斗争。所以我更倾向于把翻译成struggle，既
然是struggle，

动词也要相应发生改变。
[2] 这个句子，你把原句的单句处理成了并列结构，用了不少and，由于都是并列了，
所以读者读起来很是费力。对于原句的一种处理方式是“（目的）为了摆脱„„和实现„„，
（主干）进行不屈

不挠的斗争，同时也取得了成就，（结果）为亚洲和世界„„”。
[3] 崛起，ascendancy太生僻的单词了，一般用rise就可以了。另外significant
miracle，请问不伟大的怎么能称之为miracle呢？“当省则省”。
