2012年12月第41卷增刊施工技术CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY北京SOHO 超大型深基坑地下空间开发与利用关键技术屠孝军1,叶万川1,周浩亮2,马贵红1,周晓敏3,龚金京2(1.中建三局第二建设工程有限责任公司,湖北武汉430074;2.北京现代金宇工程建设有限公司,北京100102;3.北京科技大学,北京100083)[摘要]以望京SOHO 超大深基坑工程为例,对边界条件复杂的超大地下空间支护和止水方法进行了创新方案设计,采用了新型抗滑移结构设计,不仅满足北京市对深基坑地下水抽排的限制规定,而且确保了边坡安全,有效地控制基坑变形,降低了工程造价。
