如何判断半导体二极管的好坏
如何判断半导体二极管的好坏?目前通用的办法是:
如果用指针式万用表测,由于二极管具有单向导通的特性,所以把指针式万用表打在电阻档测量,测量范围在1K 欧一下就可以,将黒表笔放在二极管的一端不动,当红标笔放在另一端时,如果红标笔的指针往左边滑动,也就是说导通,此时红标笔所指的那一端为二极管的正向极,黑表笔所指的那极是反向极;反之亦然。
切记好的二极管只有一端是导通的,另一端是不导通的。
如果两端都导通或都不导通,这个二极管就是坏的。
如果用数字式万用表测,数字式万用表上有专门的测试档位,打在这个档位测试方法与上述类似。
