制法国内外合成三乙烯二胺的方法有几种,有不少专利和论文报道,一般工艺是把胺或醇胺原料的水溶液以一定的流速通过装填有催化性沸石的反应器,在320-400℃、0.3MPa条件下反应,经提纯,得到三乙烯二胺。
所用的主要原料有哌嗪、N-羟乙基哌嗪(HEP)、N,N-二羟乙基哌嗪(BisHEP)、N-胺乙基哌嗪(AEP)、二乙醇胺、乙醇胺、乙二胺或环氧乙烷等。
例如:①在320-400℃时,将HEP的60%水溶液以7mL/h的流速通入含20mLβ-SrHPO4催化剂的管式反应器,维持反应器温度370℃,原料的转化率为95.4%,三乙烯二胺的选择性为86.6%,单程得率82.6%;②在适当的催化剂作用下,乙二胺通过气相脱水杂环化可一部合成三乙烯二胺。
用氢型分子筛催化剂或金属离子改性的分子筛KZSM-5,将含40%乙二胺水溶液通过340℃、0.3MPa下通过管式反应器,转化率保持在80%-90%,产物的选择性接近95%;③用氢型ZSM-5分子筛以及具有类系结构的镓硅沸石、硼硅沸石等为催化剂,将乙醇胺和水的混合物(胺与水量比为1:2)在一定温度、压力、空速下,用氢气做载气载入固定反应器,得到三乙烯二胺,产率为50%-63%。
