针对薄煤层工作面的复杂条件并结合赵官煤矿2701薄煤层工作面,根据2701工作面煤层的赋存特征、顶底板条件、生产技术要求,优化配套参数,确定出最优配套方案。
2701工作面三机配套的成功使用对薄煤层滚筒采煤机综采工作面的选型配套具有重要的参考价值。

综采工作面采煤参数及采煤工艺的优化摘要:对于煤矿企业而言,主要关注的问题为如何在保证综采工作面安全生产的前提下,最大限度的提升工作面煤炭的开采率,提升所采出煤炭的质量。
经研究可知,决定上述问题的关键因素为工作面对应的采煤工艺和采煤参数。
因此,在实际煤炭开采过程中需根据工作面的地质、煤层等相关条件对采煤参数及采煤工艺进行优化选取。
本文将以某矿工作面为例对其采煤参数和工艺进行优化。
关键词:放顶煤开采;放煤步距;放煤高度;含矸率;为进一步提升综采工作面的煤炭的回收率和煤炭质量,在分析其地质、水文以及煤层等条件的基础上,对所采用的放顶煤开采工艺下对应的放煤高度、放煤步距以及放煤方式进行优化确定,为其他开采工艺下采煤参数及工艺参数的优化确定提供指导。
1采煤参数及工艺参数的优化对于放顶煤开采方式而言,其关键采煤参数及对应工艺参数包括有顶煤的放煤高度、放煤步距以及放煤方式等。
因此,本文将对上述参数进行优化。
1.1 放煤高度的优化确定放煤高度与工作面所选型采煤机的采煤高度相关。
从理论上讲,在放顶开采方式下所选取的放煤高度和采煤高度的和为工作面煤层的平均厚度。
因此,对指定的工作面煤层而言,采煤高度的最优确定即可得到最佳放煤高度。
一般情况下,采高与工作面的通风情况存在一定的关系,二者之间的关系如式(1)所示。
式中:Hg为采煤参数的采高;Qf为综采工作面当前通风设备的供风量,取Qf=23 m3/s;Bz为综采工作面所配置液压支架的最小长度,Bz=7 m;Vf,max为工作面的风速,一般取Vf,max=1.8-2.5 m/s;为根据工作面围岩及设备情况所确定的过风断面系数,取φ=0.6。
将上述参数代入式(1)计算可得,龙家堡煤矿采煤工作面Ⅱ、Ⅲ合采原始煤层对应的最佳采煤高度为2.2-3.04 m。
结合该矿当前所选型液压支架的具体型号为ZF7000/18/35支撑掩护式液压支架,其对应的最高支护高度为3.2 m。
与此同时,结合以往工作面采高参数的选取经验和通风要求,最终确定工作面对应Ⅱ、Ⅲ合采原始煤层的最佳采煤高度为3 m。
极薄煤层机采文献综述1.极薄煤层机械化开采设备研究现状1.1极薄煤层滚筒采煤机研究现状目前我国使用的极薄煤层采煤机基本上是在MG系列薄煤层采煤机基础上研制成的,大都以液压牵引方式为主。
近几年来,随着电子技术的发展,极薄煤层采煤机已由液压牵引向电牵引方向发展。
相对于电牵引来说,液压牵引虽然牵引特性较“软”,但液压牵引采煤机对液压油的清洁度要求很高、牵引力相对较小,且一旦采煤机有故障维修起来非常不方便;而电牵引采煤机的牵引力大、液压系统简单可靠,维修方便;相对机载(变频器和变压器直接安装在机身上)来讲,非机载布置虽然一定程度上减小了整机的长度、降低了电控箱的高度等,但毕竟多了一根牵引电缆,会造成牵引电压部分损失下降、控制信号受到干扰等(特别对于极薄煤层采煤机影响更大),同时,对于变频器的“复位”等操作都比较不方便;而机载的布置方式整个采煤机只拖曳一根主电缆、采煤机的结构相对紧凑、对变频器的操作管理方便可靠。
随着各大矿务局开采极薄煤层及煤炭市场发展的需求,2005年起,极薄煤层采煤机的研发和生产得到较快发展,截止2007年,国内有关厂家开发的极薄煤层采煤机型号和主要技术参数见表1所示[1]。

复杂地质条件下薄煤层综采技术的研究与实践*杨怀敏(河北工程大学, 河北邯郸市056038)摘要:在峰峰矿区小屯矿4号煤层14459工作面试验中,针对煤层薄、断层多、顶板坚硬且破碎等复杂地质条件,采用大功率采煤机、高强度液压支架,爆破破底方法等,成功实现了平均厚度为1. 1 m薄煤层的综采,取得了工效提高16. 2t/工、成本降低5. 8元/t、安全事故减少75%、产煤量增加1倍的较好经济技术指标,为峰峰矿区的薄煤层开采奠定了基础。
关键词:薄煤层开采;综合机械化;峰峰矿区随着我国煤炭产量和需求量日趋增大,老矿区的厚煤层资源储量日渐贫乏,企业开始重视以前不愿或不能开采或者几乎无经济效益的薄煤层开采。
为了提高薄煤层的开采效率和经济效益,许多煤矿开展了薄煤层综采技术研究。
由于薄煤层空间条件的限制,综采技术研究的重点确定为“三机”研制和回采工艺方法研究[1~3],研制的成套薄煤层综采设备,在山东枣庄实验成功后[4, 5],在邢台等许多矿区获得推广应用[6, 7],各矿井根据自身的自然条件进行了参数优化[5, 8]。
峰峰矿区针对顶底板坚硬、断层多、构造多等复杂地质条件,以小屯矿14459工作面为试点,对薄煤层综采技术进行了大胆改革和创新,也取得了成功的经验,为矿区其它矿井薄煤层综采提供了可借鉴的实例。
1 矿井及工作面概况小屯井田以断裂形成的地垒穹隆为其主要构造形式,地层产状由穹隆核部向四周倾斜,倾角在8°~18°之间,局部构造复杂破碎地区,其倾角增至30°~35°;断层均属正断层,走向大多为NNE方向,倾向不一,多呈平行排列或互相交叉。
试验的工作面为条带开采,工作面长度44 m,推进长度为620 m,煤层厚度为0. 833~1. 4 m,平均厚度为1. 1 m,储量4万;t直接顶为野青石灰岩,结构致密,含少量方解石脉,厚度为1. 0~1. 6 m,受采动影响时,会产生塑性弯曲而下沉冒落;直接底板为深灰色的细粒砂岩,致密坚硬,厚度为 4. 6 m;在工作面两巷掘进过程中共揭露大小断层18条,落差介于0. 4~3. 2 m之间。
薄煤层综采工作面合理长度的探讨与研究工作面长度的大小是高产、高效的重要因素。
在合理的范围内增加工作面长度能够实现日产量的增加。
为了确定薄煤层综采工作面的长度的大小,首先根据技术特点确定工作面的长度,其次根据经济效益得到了产量、刀数与工作面长度大小之间的函数关系式,得到在三种煤层条件下工作面最合适的长度。
为薄煤层综采工作面的最佳长度范围提供了参考。

作者试图通过技术和经济两方面进行比较和探讨,最终确定薄煤层工作面的最合理长度,为我国薄煤层综采采提供一个科学依据。
1 依据地质条件和技术特点确定薄煤层工作面最佳长度1.1 地质条件地质条件是影响薄煤层开采的最重要的因素之一。
一些大断层等地质构造极大地影响了施工的难度;小而多的断层构造也是影响工作面现场的支护、生产,工作面长度越大,含有的断层等构造就越多,工作面就越难退,工作面的支护也承载很大压力;另外顶板存在破碎、二合顶等情况也极大地限制了推进的速度。
因此,以上几个方面,都直接制约了薄煤层工作面长度的选择。
根据目前我国的地质构造条件和现有的薄煤层开采经验可知,倾角在5°~25°之间的薄煤层综采工作面的最佳范围是120~150米。
煤矿地质条件比较恶劣,技术能力比较差的矿井可以取较大值。
倾角大于25°的时候,根据地质条件的变化适当的减小工作面的开采长度。
1.2 技术特点技术特点主要包括回采方法、装备水平、管理能力。
回采方法的选择,直接关系到薄煤层综采工作面的长度。
影响工作面长度的设备因素主要有采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架。
输送机的运输能力工作面的长度增加而减小,发生机电事故的概率随面长增加而增加,如果面长设计的过长,日进倒数减少,推进能力下降,还会引起顶板变化,加大了支护的难度,有可能发生顶板漏顶事故。
煤矿综采工作面采煤机智能开采技术应用试验研究摘要:近年随着人工智能、机器人等领域的快速发展,加快了煤矿智能化建设进程。
一直以来,煤炭开采效率、安全性和成本是煤矿企业关注的主要问题;同时,煤炭作为我国国民经济发展的主要动力,实现煤炭的安全高效开采对于经济发展和社会进步具有重要意义。
“智能化”是未来所有行业发展的趋势,煤炭行业也不例外。
实现煤矿综采工作面的智能化开采旨在根据工作面的地质条件、煤层条件以及瓦斯等情况,采用理论分析与实践经验相结合的方式实现对工作面煤层的智能化开采。
关键词:煤矿综采工作面;采煤机;智能开采;技术应用引言目前国内煤矿工作面的开采设备均处于机械化开采阶段,并逐步朝着智能化方向迈进。
而煤矿综采工作面采煤机的智能开采技术大多是基于对采煤机高精度的轨迹跟踪,包括记忆截割、人工远程干预两个方向。
1煤矿综采工作面采煤机智能开采技术应用背景薄煤层广泛分布于我国80多个矿区,工业储量丰富,可达98.3亿t,其中可采储量约为65亿t,占全部可采储量的20%左右,但是薄煤层的开采过程中,较大的劳动强度、极低的机械化程度和经济效益,导致各类矿区普遍存在弃采现象,造成了煤炭资源的浪费。
薄煤层产量仅占全国煤炭产量的10%左右,安全高效开采薄煤层是提高煤炭资源采出率的重要途径。
相较于中厚煤层和厚煤层,薄煤层开采有如下特征:①采掘空间狭小,设备运转空间有限,人员活动区域小,且易受地质条件影响;②人员在工作面行走、作业困难,劳动强度大;③作业环境恶劣,职业危害加大。
因此,需研发配套的智能开采技术,以此增加薄煤层开采的自动化程度,降低开采成本,增加开采效益。
智能化开采也是我国煤炭行业升级转型的必由之,目前,我国煤矿仍处于智能化开采的初级阶。
薄煤层的智能化开采是在绿色开采理念指导下,采用成套智能化采煤装备和人工智能技术,实现工作面规模化安全高效绿色开采。
随着综采工作面智能化开采向深水区攻关,行业提出了基于透明工作面的智能化开采设想,以增强煤层赋存感知、实现综采装备与开采空间融合关联、构建实时数据支撑的动态透明工作面为研究方向,达到综采装备的智能决策和自主执行。
当代化工研究Modem Chemical Research139 2021•12工艺与设备煤矿综采工艺技术*王成林(太原煤气化集团公司炉峪口煤矿山西030204)摘要:对于煤矿开采作业来说,煤矿综采工艺技术的应用效果一定程度上决定了开采效率以及质量,近年来我国工业的发展十分迅速,而煤矿开采也逐渐向着自动化和机械化的方向发展,采煤工艺技术的发展也有了新的突破,这也为我国煤矿企业的发展提供了充足的动力。
而工业经济的迅速发展使得煤矿资源成为了影响国民经济发展的重要能源,而煤矿综采工艺的综合水平也影响了煤矿开采业的可持续发展,但根据目前的现状来看,我国的煤矿综采工艺技术相较于发达国家来说仍然尚待提高,其中最为明显的便是设备问题,设备故障率居高不下,其中的构件零件也容易磨损老化,零件使用寿命过短。
同时综采设备的重要部件大多需要源于国外进口,这也导致了维修难度大和周期长,并且煤矿地质条件较为复杂,这也进一步制约了煤矿综采工艺技术的发展。
对此本文主要围绕煤炭综采工艺技术展开论述,探讨了工艺技术的应用要求以及有关策略。

薄煤层综采工作面实现高产高效探讨摘要本文就综采工艺技术在薄煤层中如何实现高产高效,通过实践探索在工作面设计、两巷支护、设备选型,回采工艺与劳动组织、队伍建设及现场管理方面提出了建设性建议。

但很多企业都面临一个客观难题,那就是在1m~2m的薄煤层的技术应用,不是很顺利,使用该技术的经济效益不佳。
据了解,因为受“一大三低”,即“劳动强度大、机械化程度低、安全系数低、工作效率低”的影响,薄煤层采煤被称为“骨头缝儿里剔肉”。
从我国现有煤层赋存情况来看,尽管薄煤层在总储量中占两成多,但每年从薄煤层中采出的煤量仅占全国总储量的10.4%,产量与储量的比例严重失调。
此外,煤层生产能力低,单产水平低,巷道消耗率高、接替紧张。
正是由于薄煤层采煤开采难度大,以往设备难以进行有效开采,部分条件极为复杂的薄煤层只能弃而不采,资源损失严重。
提高薄煤层的生产效率,已成为我国能源工业的重要任务。
为此,提高综采技术在薄煤层的综合经济效益成为了急需解决的难题。
现根据本人多年的工作实践,浅谈一点薄煤层综采工作面的技术层面的体会和看法,与大家共勉。
1 综采设备的选型与使用综采设备选型是否正确直接关系着能否发挥综采技术的优势。
因此设备选型时必须根据工作面地质条件、运输能力等因素选择。
煤矿企业必须选择适合薄煤层开采的液压支架、采煤机、运输机等“三机”配套设备,设备须满足大功率、重型化、小体积和高可靠性的要求,实现工作面的自动化操作和控制。
1.1 顶板支架的选型首先,要根据工作面顶板类别进行支架类型选择,一般中等及中等以下顶板应选择掩护式,负责选择支撑式。
其次,要根据井下的采掘高度确定支架的高度范围,应以支架最大高度大于最大采高0.1m以上为宜,支架最小固定小于最小采高0.3m以上为宜。

就目前我国工业现状而言,薄煤层开采对煤炭资源开发利用、延长煤矿矿井的开采年限以及实现煤炭工业的可持续发展具有重要的战略意义。
虽然现在我国薄煤层开采技术有了明显的提高、相关设备也有了一定程度的改进,但从实际效果上来看仍存在着一些问题。
本文将对我国薄煤层开采技术现状进行深入的研究,并在此基础上提出一些技术创新思路,以期为我国煤炭生产工业做出一点贡献。

因此,为了实现我国煤炭工业的持续、快速、稳定的发展,我们必须改进现有的薄煤层开采技术、创新开采思路。
1 薄煤层开采过程中存在的问题根据我国关于煤层厚度的测评标准,将厚度小于1.3m的煤层定性为可以开采的薄煤层。
目前来看,在薄煤层的开采过程中主要会面临如下问题。
第一,在实际煤层开采过程中,经常会受到薄煤层所处空间的制约,开采设备的安装以及操作维护的难度相对增大;由于煤层开采空间的限制,煤矿工人的工作范围非常有限,使得瓦斯的排放变得更加困难,很容易造成安全事故;第二,由于薄煤层的赋存煤矿厚度比较低(一般小于1.3m),因此该煤层的开采进度将变得非常快,这就要求相关设备运转的周期变短,进而使得薄煤层开采工作异常紧张;第三,较之于厚煤层或中煤层而言,薄煤层的煤矿产量较低、煤矿抛洒浪费比较严重。
同时,由于该煤层所处的地理环境复杂多变,对该煤层的煤矿产量造成严重的影响。
