【摘要】随着目前我国的铁路列车向高速化方向的迈进，为了保证有效的人机控制和提高运输效率，就必须要求我们建立健全功能完善的，技术构成先进的铁路通信网，本文就通过对相邻线、既有线通信设备和线路条件的分析，结合铁路通信传输系统的设置，以通信业务的需求的角度出发，从通信业务的需求、主要通信系统和容量的选择、电话交换系统、通信调度系统、无线通信系统、站间行车电话及其他专用通信系统、应急通信系统等方面，全面的阐述铁路通信传输系统的构成和实现的方法。% With the running speed of the train in our country become higher and higher, a fully functional railway communication network with advanced technology must be built to ensure the effectiveness of man-machine control and enhance the transport efficiency.
