中國國家標準表面處理用鹽水噴霧試驗法總號 4 1 5 8CNS 類號H 2 0 4 0 Method of Salt Spray（Fog）Test for Surface Finishing1．适用范围：本标准规定为各项金属底材于电镀后、有机或无机涂装后等各项表面处理用之盐水喷雾耐触性试验方法。

2．试验方法：本法是使用盐水喷雾试验机将氯化纳溶液，以雾状喷于电镀被覆膜上之一种腐蚀试验方法。

试验的主要条件如表1所示。

3．试验液之配制：溶解试药级氯化纳于蒸馏水（或总溶解固体量小于200 ppm以下的水中），调配成浓度为5±1%的试验液。

此试验液在35℃喷雾后，其收集液PH值应为6.5~7.3。

且喷雾前，此试验液不能含有态浮物。

注（1）：氯化钠不能含有铜兴镍的不纯物，固体内的碘化钠含量小于0.1%。

因为不纯物中可能含有腐蚀抑制剂，所以不纯物总含量须小于0.3% 。

（2）：在33~35℃间测量比试验液的比重应为 1.0258~1.0402，在25℃测量时的比重则为1.0292~1.0443。

此试验液的浓度亦可得用硝酸银液滴定法或其它方法标定。

（3）：试验液须以试药级的盐酸或氢氧化钠稀溶液调整pH值,·并以pH仪或其它可靠方法测量之·由于配制试验液的水中含有二氧化碳,二氧化碳在水中的溶解度随温度改变而影响溶液的pH值，故须小心控制pH值，·pH值则可依下列任一方法调整：①常温配制试验液，·于35℃喷雾，因为温度的升高而使部份二氧化碳逸出溶液而升高pH值。

(3) 铜盐加速醋酸盐雾试验（CASS试验）是国外新近发展起来的一种快速盐雾腐蚀试验，试验温度为50℃，盐溶液中加入少量铜盐—氯化铜，强烈诱发腐蚀。

它的腐蚀速度大约是NSS试验的8倍。

鹽霧試驗簡介一〃鹽霧的腐蝕腐蝕是材料或其性能在環境的作用下引起的破壞或變質。

大多數的腐蝕發生在大氣環境中，大氣中含有氧氣、濕度、溫度變化和污染物等腐蝕成分和腐蝕因素。

鹽霧腐蝕就是一種常見和最有破壞性的大氣腐蝕。

這裏講的鹽霧是指氯化物的大氣，它的主要腐蝕成分是海洋中的氯化物鹽——氯化鈉，它主要來源於海洋和內地鹽鹼地區。

鹽霧對金屬材料表面的腐蝕是由於含有的氯離子穿透金屬表面的氧化層和防護層與內部金屬發生電化學反應引起的。

同時，氯離子含有一定的水合能，易被吸附在金屬表面的孔隙、裂縫排擠並取代氯化層中的氧，把不溶性的氧化物變成可溶性的氯化物，使鈍化態表面變成活潑表面。

二、鹽霧試驗及與實際的聯繫鹽霧試驗是一種主要利用鹽霧試驗設備所創造的人工類比鹽霧環境條件來考核產品或金屬材料耐腐蝕性能的環境試驗。

它分為二大類，一類為天然環境暴露試驗，另一類為人工加速類比鹽霧環境試驗。

人工類比鹽霧環境試驗是利用一種具有一定容積空間的試驗設備——鹽霧試驗箱，在其容積空間內用人工的方法，造成鹽霧環境來對產品的耐鹽霧腐蝕性能品質進行考核。

它與天然環境相比，其鹽霧環境的氯化物的鹽濃度，可以是一般天然環境鹽霧含量的幾倍或幾十倍，使腐蝕速度大大提高，對產品進行鹽霧試驗，得出結果的時間也大大縮短。

如在天然暴露環境下對某產品樣品進行試驗，待其腐蝕可能要1年，而在人工類比鹽霧環境條件下試驗，只要24小時，即可得到相似的結果。
