数据手册CN_01A产品综述SPS6225X是一款可提供宽范围单路输出,限定功率的可编程直流开关电源。
该机型具备200V额定输出电压,25A电流,1500W的最大输出功率。
用户可并联同型号电源5台来扩展输出功率,满足更大电流需求的应用场景。
SPS6000X系列可编程直流开关电源配备了3.12英寸高亮度OLED显示屏,拥有友好的人机交互界面和优异的性能指标,设置最小分辨率为10mV/10mA。

On a glass wall: Use the supplied adhesive tape to mount the device.On a wood wall: Use the supplied screws to mount the device.On a concrete wall: Use the supplied screws to mount the device.Getting StartedUsing the Touch ScreenTo operate your device, touch the screen with your finger. You can perform the following actions:Tap: Touch the screen once with your finger to open items or select on-screen buttons or options.Tap and hold: Tap and hold on the desired item to open the pop-up menu that contains the available options for the item.Drag: Tap and hold on the item and then move it to the target position without releasing your finger.Slide/Swipe: Drag your finger vertically or horizontally across the screen.Drag to the left/right to switch to the next/previous item on the list.Drag to the top/bottom to scroll up/down the screen.Not all slide gestures are applicable to all applications.Two-finger gestures: Move your fingers apart or together on the screen to zoom in or out while viewing a picture or a web page.Not all two-finger gestures are applicable to all applications.Door AccessFor door access, place the access card close to the NFC/RF ID sensor at the bottom of the front side ofthe device.ReferenceCaring for the DeviceTaking good care of your device will ensure trouble-free operation and reduce the risk of damage to your device.Keep your device away from excessive moisture and extreme temperatures.Avoid exposing your device to direct sunlight or strong ultraviolet light for extended periods of time. 前提:1# 、2#进线均有压,3DL分位,该状态运行15秒后,动作过程:1#(2#)母线无压、1LH(2LH)无流则延时跳1DL(2DL)。
确认1DL(2DL)跳开后合3DL。
若此时主变保护动作(无论是主保护还是后备保护),均闭锁该装置。
以上过程可分解为下列动作逻辑:动作逻辑1:1#母线电压小于电压定值Udz1,线路I电流小于电流定值Idz1, 2#母线电压大于70V,作为允许条件;DL1在跳闸位置作为闭锁条件;以T1延时跳开DL1。
动作逻辑2: 2#母线电压小于电压定值Udz1,2#进线电流小于电流定值Idz2, 1#母线电压大于70V,作为允许条件;DL2在跳闸位置作为闭锁条件;以T2延时跳开DL2。

备用电源自投功能的实现采用图形化逻辑可编程的方式,可灵活实现各种备投方案,适用于各种电压等级的备用电源自动投入控制。
本产品基本配置为两个CPU模件,其一为由32位微处理器构成的保护及自动化功能单元,该单元配置了大容量的RAM和Flash Memory,具有极强的数据处理、逻辑运算和信息存储能力;另一CPU由总线不出芯片的单片机构成通用的人机接口单元。
两个CPU模件之间相互独立,无依存关系。
各种保护功能及自动化功能均由软件实现。
装置的特点本系列产品其保护及自动化功能均采用基于图形化界面的逻辑可编程的方式实现。
采用逻辑可编程方式构成的定型产品其功能配置能够满足多数用户的要求,如对功能配置有不同要求,修改工作可以在短时内完成。
所有产品的功能配置在出厂前已由本公司完成,不增加用户额外的工作量。
采用此种方式有以下优点:其一,缩短了相关产品的开发周期,产品功能的拓展也更为快速方便;其二,由于功能配置的变化不需修改软件,系列产品的核心构成不但在硬件上,而且在软件上彻底模块化、平台化,增强了产品品质的可信赖性,简单、灵活、可靠三者得到完美的统一。

2.3.2 介质强度在正常试验大气条件下,装置能承受频率为50Hz,信号输入端子对地电压为500V、其他回路对地电压为2000V,历时1分钟的工频耐压试验而无击穿闪络及元件损坏现象。
试验过程中,任一被试回路施加电压时其余回路等电位互联接地。
2.3.3 冲击电压在正常试验大气条件下,装置的电源输入回路、交流输入回路、输出触点回路对地,以及回路之间,能承受1.2/50µs的标准雷电波的短时冲击电压试验,开路试验电压5kV。
2.3.4 耐湿热性能装置能承受GB/T 7261第20章规定的湿热试验。
最高试验温度+40℃、最大湿度95%,试验时间为48小时的恒定湿热试验,在试验结束前2小时内根据2.3.1的要求,测量各导电电路对外露非带电金属部分及外壳之间、电气上不联系的各回路之间的绝缘电阻不小于1.5M Ω,介质耐压强度不低于2.3.2规定的介质强度试验电压幅值的75%。
