(2)学生发言后,教师用导入语导入今天的话题:大家给我们的校服提出了很多建议,那如何设计一套合理、美观的学生服呢?今天咱们就一起来学习《我们的风采》,一起为我们自己设计一套学生服。
(二)、讲授新知、分析步骤(1)引导学生对校服的概念进行理解,学生发言后教师总结:概念:校服是学校为了规范管理,规定的统一样式的学生服装。
(2)PPT展示不同学校、不同年龄阶段学生的校服,组织学生小组讨论校服的特点和功能,小组代表发言后教师总结:校服的特点:1、反映学生的身份;2、体现学生的年龄特征;3、符合学生身体生长规律。
校服的功能:1、掩身护体、保暖、美化形象。
掩身护体和保暖是校服的基本功能。
2、校服是一种文化现象,反映着当代学生的精神风貌。
(3)再次欣赏国内外优秀校服设计,引导学生观察分析图片,选出自己最喜欢的校服并谈谈喜欢它的原因。

年龄结构合理, 30-45 岁的老师占了全组的 70%以上。
曾被评为松江区巾帼文明岗和松江区优秀教研组。
葛韵华老师为教研组长,本学年卫彩英老师担任高二备课组长,徐霞老师担任高一备课组长,叶璇老师担任高三备课组长。
二.教研组工作重点和内容近两年来,我们外语组以体现二期课改的教学理念为核心,以夯实基础,聚焦课堂为抓手,以全面提高教学质量为重点,从以下几个方面开展了工作:(一)认真学习,更新教学理念两年来,我们利用教研组的学习时间,各备课组的集体备课时间,反复学习上海市中小学英语新课程标准,关于加强中小学校本教研工作的几点意见,改进中学英语课堂教学的几点意见,上海市学生民族精神教育指导纲要和上海市生命教育指导纲要,充分领会文件的内涵和意义,全组老师努力在日常教学中体现新的教学理念,着力培养学生的创新精神,努力提高学生的学习兴趣,为学生的终身学习打下基础。
我们积极为学生创设兴趣盎然的学习情景,积极鼓励学生抓住各类学习机会,在活动中锻炼语言运用能力。
1 / 10针对两纲教育,高一,高二的英语教师们还专门整理了英语教科书中与生命教育和民族精神教育相关的教学内容,并整理汇编成册,努力做到使两纲教育进教案,进课堂,进头脑。
为此,我组的徐霞和张传奇老师分别开设了区级公开课:A Story about Food,和 Virtual Reality,在课中她们自然地对学生进行了生命教育和民族教育,获得了很好的教育教学效果。
同时我们或以教研组为单位,或以备课组为单位,进行教学研讨活动,我们研讨如何将多媒体有效地运用到日常教学中,如何利用多媒体提高课堂的容量;如何提高高三学生的复习有效性,尽可能让学生事半功倍;如何做到作业布置的针对性和有效性,减轻学生的负担。
我们认真观看优质的录象课,并进行认真的全方位的点评,使大家收益匪浅。
(二)聚焦课堂,提高教学效率教学的主阵地是课堂,因此我们立足课堂,采取各种有效教学手段和教学方式,努力提高课堂教学效率。
三个备课组的老师继承我校的优良传统,每一周或二周开展一次集体备课,每次都做到三备四定和五统一。
三备就是备目标,备教材,备学生;四定即定时,定人,定地点,定主题活动;五统一即统一教材,统一进度,统一教案,统一作业,统一检测。

全组老师积极利用各种机会开展各类教学展示,研究和评比活动。
07学年中有二位教师开了市级公开课,六位教师上了区级公开课。
08 学年有五位教师上了区级公开课。
鲍琛瑛老师参加了上海市青年教师新教材教学评比;薛忠友参加了上海市中青年教师英语教学大奖赛的评比。
(三)认真反思,撰写总结经验我组的老师们牢记以科研促教学,优化教学效果的道理,在平时的教学活动中注重学会反思,善于反思,并认真总结经验教训,加强同伴之间的交流,共同探讨教学的点滴得失,互相指出不足,提出有效建议,达到共同进步的目的。

我组针对三个年级学生的实际情况,分别制定各个年级的分级目标。
高一年级的目标是:抓好初高中英语教学的衔接,打好语法和词汇的扎实基础。
高二年级的目标是:注重课内外的阅读,提高学生的语言交际能力。
高三年级的目标是:精讲精练,注重反馈,提高学生的语言综合运用能力。
在此基础上我们组织老师编写了我校各个年级的英语教学实施纲要和英语学科训练手册,目前已完成了《高一英语教学实施纲---------------------------------------------------------------最新资料推荐------------------------------------------------------ 要》,《高一英语训练手册》,《高三英语复习纲要》,《高三英语训练手册》,在日常的教学中,我们依据纲要和训练手册进行教学,并在教学中不断完善。
另外,全组老师共同参与编写的《松江二中英语精要点拨和能力激活》(共三册),由华东理工出版社出版,在社会上获得好评。
具体的做法如下:高一年级 1.抓衔接我们要注重抓好高一初高中英语教学的衔接,打好语法和词汇的扎实基础。
避免造成学生学习脱节或重复,使学生造成畏惧或厌倦的心理,以致影响学生的英语学习。
2.抓基础抓语法,抓词汇,要积极创设情景进行语法,词汇的教学,避免枯燥乏味的老师一言堂,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们学习英语的积极态度,建立学习英语的自信心;抓朗读,背诵,利用早自习,培养学生的大声朗读习惯,培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础,为终身发展服务。
抓报刊阅读,要求学生在老师的指导下有计划地完成阅读,老师在期中和期末考试中,适当地选取报上的部分内容与课文内容相结合,作为考试题,以促进学生阅读。
高二年级 1.抓阅读进一步加强高二的英语报刊阅读,扩大知识面和英语词汇,同时要求学生做一些中英互译的练习,更好的了解中英的差异。

3.落实语言的交际作用高二年级针对高二学生有一定量的词汇,有一定交际能力和组织能力等的实际情况,要充分利用各类英语选修课和社团活动课,整合英语基础课和拓展课,使基础课和拓展课互相补充,互相渗透。
通过在学生中开展各类英语活动,加强校园内外语学习环境的建设。
高三年级 1.精讲精练高三年纪应根据每一阶段的重点、难点,疑点,每次精讲一部分内容,系统归纳,画龙点睛,点到为止。
然后让学生有针对性地做一些精心设计的习题,老师精心批阅,发现问题,精心补差。
老师把功夫下在知识的内在联系上,锻炼学生闻一知百,举一反三的能力让所有学生都有程度不同的收获。
2.注重反馈高三年级做好信息的师生双边反馈工作是非常重要的。
一方面,教师应及时通过问答、练习、作业、测验和考试,对学生的实际学习状态与预定的学习目标进行对照,比较,并将二者间差异的信息尽快反馈回来,以调整下一步的教学活动;另一方面,要求学生根据教师或教材所提供的标准,及时进行自我评价和---------------------------------------------------------------最新资料推荐------------------------------------------------------ 自我调节,主动配合教师尽快达到预定的教学目标。

(二)三类课程,有机结合根据新课程标准,为了培养有创新的全面发展的高素质的接班人,学校开设了基础课,拓展课和研究型课程三类课程。
学校要求:基础型课程着力提高课堂教学的有效性;拓展型课程努力拓展数量,提高质量;研究型课程要优化与学生社团活动的整合。
我们克服困难,努力开设各类拓展型课程和研究型课程,使英语课堂教学得以延伸,可以满足不同层次学生的需求,提高全体学生的英语学习兴趣。

我组高度重视教师队伍的建设,探索多元化,多层面的培养方式,我们将校自培阶梯工程,区绿叶工程和市名师培养工程三个层面的培养相结合,努力打造三类骨干教师,即:市级骨干,区级骨干和校级骨干。
对于 0-3 年的新教师,我们提出的要求是:一年适应,成为入格教师,三年成型,成为合格教师,我们为这些老师配备了带教老师,跟随听课,上新教师汇报课,促使他们尽快成长;对于 5-10 年的教师,我们提出的要求是:六年成材,十年成名。
