我院硕士研究生论文英文摘要常见问题分析李燕，王晓燕，唐小平，唐利，卞铁蓉，杨向东，史小玲，陈庄〔泸州医学院附属医院医学实验中心，四川泸州，646000〕摘要英文摘要作为科技论文的一个重要组成局部，是学术论文进入流通和引用的窗口。
本文对随机选取的我院25篇研究生学位论文英文摘要进行分析，通过举例说明英文摘要常见问题及书写标准。
为提高作者撰写高质量的英文摘要提供一些建议。
关键词医学论文；英文摘要；书写标准学位论文中的英文摘要是对外学术交流的重要局部[1]。
一篇论文英文摘要的好坏直接关系着评审论文时是否能得以通过，也是院校科研学术水平的重要表达。
因此，能写好一篇科研论文的英文摘要越来越重要。
选取我院25篇研究生学位论文英文摘要，包括根底，临床医学各专业，按照Ei Compendex收录期刊标准[2]对英文摘要的各组成局部的撰写要求逐一进行分析，以利于我院研究生撰写出高质量的英文摘要。
1 题名〔title〕1.1 题名的书写要求题名的根本原那么是准确，简练，清晰，信息丰富，便于索引。
题名通常不用陈述句形式，而是由一个或多个名词加上其前置定语和〔或〕后置定语构成，其中冠词可用可不用时均不用[3]。
题名一般可在10个单词左右，最好不超过15个单词。
必要时较长题名可采用副题名，中间用冒号隔开。
题目的书写形式大致有三种:(1)所有的单词均大写。
(2)仅首词的首字母大写。
(3)所有实词的首字母均大写，但介词字母多于4个〔含4个〕时，其首字母要大写。
目前世界上各大检索机构在题名上各有自己特有的要求，因机构不同而有所差异。
1.2题明局部中常见问题分析①表达错误。
例：Experimental Therapy of Disease A Infection with Drug 1 and Drug 2〔药物1作者介绍：李燕〔1984-〕，女，研究实习员，硕士通讯陈庄〔1954-〕，男，研究员，硕士生导师和药物2治疗疾病A的动物实验研究〕改：Experimental Therapy of Drug 1 and Drug 2 on Animal Disease A Model②指代不明，标点使用错误，值得注意的是英文中并无顿号。

如何撰写英文科技论文ABSTRACT（摘要）科技论文摘要通常包括以下几项内容：研究动机，研究方法，主要结果，简要结论。
顾名思义，摘要应该言简意赅，因此争取用一句话说明一项内容，每项最多不要超过三句话。
通常在提交论文全文之前需要先提交摘要，摘要实际上就是一个小的IMRaD结构：为什么做这个研究？用了什么方法？取得了什么结果？结论是什么？这些问题逐一回答了，摘要就写完整了。
INTRODUCTION（引言）Introduction看似简单，但并不容易写好。
好的Introduction通常包括三部分内容：介绍研究课题（性质，范围等等）；陈述对于该课题已有的主要研究成果；解释你对课题研究的特殊贡献，例如使用了什么新方法等。
写这一部分应该尽量简练。
好的启始句非常重要，因为Introduction应该吸引读者而不是让读者生厌。
有许多论文以“It is widely accepted that ...is important”开头，这样的启始句让读者还没进入正文就开始打哈欠。
在Introduction这一部分可以简单介绍你的主要研究结果和结论，也可以不介绍结论而只介绍研究方法。
读者读完Introduction 之后看论文的其他部分不应该再有惊奇的发现，因为读科技论文和读侦探小说不一样，读者希望开头就知道结果。
METHODS(方法）Methods部分的目的在于描述所用的材料，实验装置，实验方法，理论模型，计算方法。
写好这部分的关键在于把握好“度”，即提供恰到好处的细节，避免过于简单或繁琐（太繁复或不必须的公式、推导可放入附录appendix)。
衡量标准是看你所提供的细节是否足以让感兴趣的专业读者重复你的实验或方法。
在这一部分不需要汇报结果。
RESULTS(结果）在Results部分只需要如实地汇报结果和数据即可，无需加入自己的解释，让结果和数据来表达研究结论。
这一部分通常会包含图表。
读者在阅读一篇论文时，往往看完题目和摘要后就会浏览所有图表，有进一步兴趣才会再读文章的其它部分，所以图表非常重要。
学术论文英语标题和摘要的撰写方法任何游戏都有自己的规则，只有遵循它的规则，参与的人才能够赢得胜利。
为了能够让我校研究生更快的熟悉学位论文与科技学术论文的写作规范，笔者通过各种渠道搜集信息材料整理此篇——英文篇。
一、英文题名题名的结构英文题名以短语为主要形式，尤以名词短语(noun phrase)最常见，即题名基本上由1个或几个名词加上其前置和(或)后置定语构成。
短语型题名要确定好中心词，再进行前后修饰。
各个词的顺序很重要，词序不当，会导致表达不准。
题名一般不应是陈述句，因为题名主要起标示作用，而陈述句容易使题名具有判断式的语义；且陈述句不够精练和醒目，重点也不易突出。
少数情况(评述性、综述性和驳斥性)下可以用疑问句做题名，疑问句可有探讨性语气，易引起读者兴趣。
题名的字数题名不应过长。
国外科技期刊一般对题名字数有所限制。
例如，美国医学会规定题名不超过2行，每行不超过42个印刷符号和空格；英国数学会要求题名不超过12个词。
总的原则是，题名应确切、简练、醒目，在能准确反映论文特定内容的前提下，题名词数越少越好。
中英文题名的一致性同一篇论文，其英文题名与中文题名内容上应一致，但不等于说词语要一一对应。
在许多情况下，个别非实质性的词可以省略或变动。
题名中的冠词科技论文题名中的冠词有简化的趋势，凡可用可不用的冠词均可不用。
题名中的大小写题名字母的大小写有以下3种格式：全部字母大写；每个词的首字母大写，但3个或4个字母以下的冠词、连词、介词全部小写；题名第1个词的首字母大写，其余字母均小写。
题名中的缩略词语已得到整个科技界或本行业科技人员公认的缩略词语，才可用于题名中，否则不要轻易使用。
二、作者与作者单位的英译作者：中国人名按汉语拼音拼写单位：单位名称要写全(由小到大)，并附地址和邮政编码，确保联系方便。
三、英文摘要英文摘要的时态：英文摘要时态的运用也以简练为佳。
1、一般现在时：用于说明研究目的、叙述研究内容、描述结果、得出结论、提出建议或讨论等；涉及到公认事实、自然规律、永恒真理等，也要用一般现在时。
科技论文的中英文摘要写作规范1．摘要是报告、论文的内容不加注释和评论的简短陈述；2．报告、论文一般均应有摘要，为了国际交流，还应有外文（多用英文）摘要；3．摘要应具有独立性和自含性，即不阅读报告、论文的全文，就能获得必要的信息。
摘要中有数据、有结论，是一篇完整的短文，可以独立使用，可以引用，可以用于工艺推广。
摘要的内容应包含与报告、论文同等量的主要信息，供读者确定有无必要阅读全文，也供文摘等二次文献采用。
摘要一般应说明研究工作的目的、实验方法、结果和最终结论等，而重点是结果和结论。
4．中文摘要一般不宜超过200~300字，外文摘要不宜超过250个实词。
如遇特殊需要字数可以略多（为了扩大国际影响，英文摘要要尽量写长一些，可不与中文摘要一一对应。

5．除了实在无变通办法可用以外，摘要中不用图、表、化学结构式、非公知公用的符号和术语。
6．报告、论文的摘要可以用另页置于题名页之后，学术论文的摘要一般置于题名和作者之后、正文之前。
7．学位论文为了评审，学术论文为了参加学术会议，可按要求写成变异本式的摘要。
