2 合成机理3 钠化反应温度筛选按文献2标准[2]对工业品OP-4进行提纯得到无色粘稠液体后,固定烯丙基化反应温度为60℃,改变钠化反应温度,反应时间均为16h,进行第一步与第二步反应。
将生成的烯丙基OP-4配制成1%的甲醇溶液,在流动相为甲醇,流速1mL/min的条件下,注样进行液相色谱分析,与原料OP-4的液相色谱图相对比。

C18硅胶柱采用十八烷基键合在硅胶表面上制成,表面呈非极性,当混合体系通过色谱柱时,极性组分因吸附作用较弱先流出,非极性组分因吸附作用较强后流出。
发生烯丙基化反应后,OP-4末端的羟基氢被烯丙基取代,极性减弱,因此烯丙基化产物的保留时间较要长,峰值应出现在OP-4之后。
由图2,在原料峰后出现的t=3.35min流出峰为烯丙基化产物的色谱峰。
根据该峰与总峰面积之比可计算混合物中烯丙基化产物的含量,确定反應的产率,见表3所示。
