Report any damage immediately to your distributor and shipping agent. Do not discard any shipping material until the Pallet Truck is assembled and working properly. Individual trucks are assembled and ready to use. Pallet trucks purchased in crate quantities (6 units to a crate) require some assembly. Match the “letter” label on the handle assembly to the “letter” label on the frame prior to assembly.AssemblyTools required for assembly:HammerFlat Head ScrewdriverPliers1. Insert the base of the handle into the pumpbracket (Figure 1). Align the holes at the base of the handle with the holes in the pump bracket.2. Use a hammer to tap the handle pin into theholes of the pump bracket and handle (Figure 2). Use pliers to turn the handle pinuntil its holes align with the spring pin holes.3. Feed the screw head through the centerhole in the handle pin (Figure 3). Using a screwdriver, pry up the cam and slip the screw head under the notch in the cam.4. Use a hammer to tap the spring pins (Figure2) into the holes on the pump bracket andhandle pin.5. Tap out the pump retainer pin (Figure 1). NOTE: It is a good idea to remove any air bubbles that might have accumulated in the hydraulic system during shipping. Refer to “Cleaning the Release Valve”, on page 7. Pallet Truck OperationNOTE: Numbers in parentheses refer to item numbers in the breakdown on page 9.This pallet truck is designed for use with open style pallets or skids only. Closed style pallets must be placed on top of fork prior to use.1. Insert the fork into the pallet.Figure 1Figure 2 Figure 32. To raise the fork, push control lever all theway down, and pump the handle until the desired fork height is reached. 3. To move the handle without affecting thefork setting, set the control lever in the center neutral position. The load can now be pushed or pulled using the handle. 4. To lower the fork, pull lever all the way up.Allow the load to descend slowly in a controlled manner. The lever is spring loaded and will return to the neutral positionwhen released. When not in use, do not allowheavy loads to remain on the fork for an extended period of time. Always lower fork completely when not in use.Up-Down Cam AdjustmentWhen pumping the handle with the lever in neutral position, there should be no movement of the fork. If there is fork movement, the cam must be adjusted:1. Place lever in neutral position.2. Loosen the hex nut (16).3. Adjust the socket head cap screw (17) whilepumping the handle, until there is no longer any movement of the ram. 4. Tighten the hex nut (16).Cleaning the Release Valve (Bleeding the Pump)Over time, the hydraulic pump may become clogged with debris or air bubbles causing improper function.Clean the release valve as follows:1. Pump handle quickly, raising pallet truck tofull extent. Pull lever all the way up in order to lower the fork, while continuing to pump the handle. 2. When fork has lowered completely, thevalve has been flushed. Repeat if necessary.MaintenanceCheck the oil level annually by removing the oil plug (50) on top of the pump housing. When changing or adding oil, fill the tank through the oil plug hole to 80% capacity with hydraulic jack oil, about 2-1/2” deep in pump housing. See Figure 4. Do not use any other type of oil. Whenfinished, replace oil plug (50).Figure 4Wheel bearings are sealed and require no lubrication. The crank shaft features “oil lite” bushings that also require no lubrication. Lightly oil all other moving parts.Seal and O-Ring Replacement for Ram and Plunger Piston1. Raise the pallet truck by pumping handle.2. Remove spring pin (82). This will free thepump and handle assembly from the pallet truck. 3. Remove the oil plug (50), turn pump overand empty the oil into a suitable container. Pump handle until all oil has drained. Dispose of used hydraulic oil according to local disposal regulations. 4. Pull out plunger piston (37) and/or rampiston (48). 5. Remove all o-rings and seals. See Figure 5. 6. Insert new o-ring or seal one at a timemaking sure to replace with the same size that was removed. Reassemble and fill the oil tank through the oil plug hole to 80% capacity with new hydraulic jack oil, about 2-1/2” deep in pump housing. See Figure 4.Figure 5TroubleshootingNumbers in parentheses refer to item numbers in the breakdown on page 9.Trouble ProbableCause RemedyHydraulic unit does not lift. If your gas tube (sign) is off, and the input power is flowing, your transformer has probably tripped due to one of the above fault conditions. If so, follow procedure outlined below.Remove power to the transformer. This action will reset the protection circuit. Wait at least 10 seconds before reapplying power. If tripping continues, remove power and check the following:1. Are the output leads connected securely and properlyto the gas tube(s)?2. Is the gas tube broken or cracked, resulting in an opencircuit?3. Are the gas tubes or H-V output leads in closeproximity to metal, or any ground plane? (This maycause tubes to dim.)4. Are multiple units mounted at least one foot apart fromeach other? After completing the above check list and rectifying any detected problems, engage the input power to the transformer to (re)energize the gas tube (sign). If the transformer still does not work properly, call customer service at the listed phone number.。

All Rights Reserved.A smAll wonder.Introducing the all new Accent.A compact car means you have to compromise, right? Wrong. With the all-new Hyundai Accent, you’ll wonder how a compact car’s specification can be so comprehensive. Why give up style, performance and refinement just because you’ve made the decision to drive a smAll in size, big in stAture.compact car? Well, you don’t need to. Incorporating features found in higher class cars, the newAccent gives you sleek good looks, advanced technology and groundbreaking safety attributes, and tops it all off with a robust, sporting character all of its own.get the lookAnd you AttrAct the looks. The world moves fast, so it’s important to catch people’s eye.The new Accent does just that, with a profile that’s modern, athletic and futuristic.Hungry for the kilometres, lean on the refuelling stops.Drive the new Accent, and immediately, you’re struck by the quiet ride, the generous interior space and the abundance ofup-to-the-minute technology. Y ou’ll notice something else too: the fuel gauge hardly drops. T hat’s because Hyundai engineers have devised one of the most fuel efficient engines there is, one that takes only 5.9 litre of fuel burned to run 100km.(in case of 1.4 Manual T ransmission)l /100km Fuel economy is the defining goalof any vehicle that aspires to combineaffordability with performance.Increased length, increased wheelbase, lowered height and shortened front overhang. Proportions that tell you all you need to know about the new Accent’s sporting characteristics. And leave you in no doubt that this is one stylish vehicle.T op of the specification sheet: stylesleek, dynAmic design in every dimension. With style to burn and a distinctive outline, the new Accent’s presence on the road has real clout. T ake it into the city–the place where trends are set–and you can feel yourself setting a trend of your own. One where comfort meets functionality. Where street toughness is built in, but where enjoyment is never far behind.Self-assurance on four wheels.A cAr thAt goes A little further.AppeArAnces Are not deceptive.Refinement whichever way you look at it.Compact it may be, but the new Accent’s long low cabin space and sculpted lines create the feeling of a much larger chassis. Side on, the coupé-like profile reinforces the sporting appearance, helped by the powerfully designed C-pillar. From behind, wide rear lamps, an uncluttered surface design and rear reflectors combine to leave an impression of refined modernity.g/kmemitted for every kilometre travelled.ECO Driving for a safer, healthier planet. As you’d expect, the new Accent’s emission figures are also compact. As little as 139 grams of CO2 per kilometre. A car for tomorrow, today.ABBlue–the colour of driving. The new Accent is as appealing under the bonnet as it is above. Chief among the attractions is Blue Pack, a fuel efficiency package, which delivers more eco-efficient driving. An alternator management system controls the power supply to the battery, putting less strain on the engine. Maximising energyregeneration when decelerating and idling, the benefits come to the fore in start/stop urban traffic, since both fuel consumption and emissions are minimised. Not only that, but acceleration performance is also enhanced, through reduced power delivery to the alternator when picking up speed.Gamma enginesLightweight to enhance fuel economy, a Gamma 1.4 CVVT engine produces a maximum 108ps at 6,300rpm(107ps at 6,300rpm in Middle East Region), while a Gamma 1.6 CVVT engine produces a maximum 124ps at 6,300rpm. The diesel alternative, a 1.6 VGT unit, produces a maximum 128ps at 4,000rpm.peAce of mind is All pArt of the drive.A BCFor Hyundai, the most important part of the driving equation is you. T hat’s why the new Accent, like everyother Hyundai's vehicle range, incorporates the very latest active and passive safety features. From an advanced airbag system to the use of high-tensile-strength steel plates in the chassis and an anti-lock brake system, it will come as no surprise that the new Accent achieved impressive crash test ratings.Built for strength, designed for safety. The new Accent’s chassis is constructed using a collision load dispersal mechanism. In the event of a head-on impact, force is distributed along three paths, absorbing energy to protect the car’s occupants.be prActicAl, but be inspired.Technological and fuel efficient as it is, the new Accent also expresses Hyundai’s fundamental design principle: fluidic sculpture. T he proof comes out on the road. As the body shape cuts the air, you sense the harmony between the exterior and interior, the gratifying comfort and the sheer driveability. The distinctive radiator grille is just the start. Robust yet stately, strong yet luxurious, the pleasure begins as soon as you start the engine.Staying in touch means being able to talk to friends and colleagues whenever you want to. With Bluetooth functionality, you can make and receive phone calls hands-free through the car’s stereo system, keeping things safe and convenient.Bluetooth hands free systemlook whAt you find inside. It’s hard to imagine our lives without technology. In the new Accent, the latest technological devices keep you connected to the modern world.MP3hands freeAB Computer trip systemAn onboard computer gives you usefuldriving information such as journey time anddistance to empty. It’s also where you’ll findthe ECO Drive indicator that helps you drivein a more fuel-efficient, economical way.Supervision clusterThe supervision cluster, with its circular rev counter and speedometer, is illuminated with white and blue backlighting for optimumclarity and readability. Providing vehicle information through both sight and sound, no-nonsense functionality combines withsporting elegance. From here to your destination, you’re in control. The new Accent’s driver space has been designed aroundthe driver. It sounds obvious, but it’s something that’s oftenoverlooked. T he seat position provides you with a commandingview of the road ahead. Controls are logically positioned, anddials and instrumentation are placed in a natural, uninterruptedeye-line. T he balanced proportions of the symmetric, Y-shapeddashboard fascia carry through to the doors, with their organiclines and sporty grip handles. T he steering wheel is a three-spokedesign that fits comfortably in the hands, while trim details arepicked out in high glossy black, enhancing the hi-tech air.ABCSpacious is not a word that normally applies to compact cars, but the new Accent once again upsets the rule book. What’s more, it does so with style. T here’s plenty of leg and head room for both driver and front and back seat passengers, and shoulder room is one of the widest for a car in this class. T here are elegant interior trims to choose from, each coming in three seat patterns. However far you’re going, you’re taken care of.The new Accent’s seats offer good firm support to make even the longest journeys comfortable. And because wind noise can affect your enjoyment when driving at a constant speed, sound proofing has been optimised throughout the vehicle; noise intake prevention structures around the door handles, air intakes of the engine built to emit less noise, and anti-noise connectors in the outside mirrors.MORE ACCEnTthe mAny fAcets of A greAt cAr.Outside and in, features that never go unnoticed. From stylish exterior to hi-tech interior, it's the details of the new Accent that draw the attention.
