可以通过连接特定管脚来实现特定函数。
单象限乘/除不需另外附加元件。
双象限乘/除可以通过外接电平平移和比例电阻来实现。
对于乘法和除法运算,可以利用集成芯片上的2V或10V参考电压选择合适的比例范围,也可以通过外接器件和电平来同时实现乘法运算。
通过外接一至二个电阻可以实现不同的m值(0.2~5)的指数运算。
利用芯片上的对数比例和输出部分可以直接实现对数比例运算。
通过多重的算法连接增加了AD538的灵活性,而且从±4.5到±18V的电源范围内允许选择±5V、±12V和±15V标准电压作为工作时的电源电压。
AD538在-25~+85℃工作温度范围内应用时,有A和B两种精度等级;在军工温度范围内(-55~+125℃)应用时,精度等级为S。

采用四应变片全桥方式,可以对钻压、扭矩、侧向力、环空压力等钻井工程参数进行随钻测试。
数据采集系统采用ADμC8xx系列单片机为主控制器,另外设计了相应的外围信号调理模块、数据存储模块、数据通信模块和电源模块等。
实验结果说明该数据采集系统用于井下钻井工程参数的测试是可行的。

旋转导向钻井技术是以不断旋转的钻柱带动钻头钻进,钻头沿预定的轨道前进,实现井眼轨迹的实时导向控制。
旋转导向钻井技术能够成功实现旋转导向的技术之一就是要实时测量出近钻头处的钻井参数[1]。
国外已有性能良好的随钻测量工具,可以适应的环境压力达140MPa,温度150℃,可以测量钻压、扭矩、环空压力、温度、转速、加速度、弯曲应力等多种参数。
其数据采集使用了4个应变电桥来测量钻压、扭矩、和两个正交方向上的弯曲应力,应用压力传感器测量环空压力,应用加速度计测量加速度,应用热电偶测量温度等,并有一个实时记时器以标记数据的时间顺序,使用特殊的导线技术来保证有效的信噪比[2]。
采集的数据将进行温度影响的校正及进行偏移补偿,校正系数需要经过大量的测试和数据处理才能获得[3]。
本文设计的新型工程参数测量仪在近钻头的测试中,能够同时测量钻压、扭矩、井下环空压力和钻头侧向力,将采用新型传感元件以适应和满足旋转导向钻井技术及常规钻井技术的要求。
用AD5370模数转换器组成的可编程40通道输出电路本电路采用多通道DAC配置,各组通道具有不同的输出范围。
它利用AD5370提供40个DAC通道,具有16位分辨率。
AD5370经过配置,8个通道具有±10 V的输出范围,另外24个通道具有?4 V至+8 V的输出范围。
AD5370是业界唯一一款提供上述工业信号电平输出和灵活的多种输出范围的40通道、16位分辨率DAC。
它与XFET?系列低噪声精密基准电压源一起构成的解决方案,可提供业界领先的DAC通道密度、最小尺寸特性、灵活性和性能。

它有两个基准电压输入引脚。
VREF0是DAC通道VOUT0至VOUT7的基准电压引脚,VREF1是DAC通道VOUT8至VOUT39的基准电压引脚。
图1所示为AD5370的典型配置,它使用两个外部基准电压源。
AD5370的标称输出范围为基准电压的四倍。
采用3 V基准电压源时,AD5370的默认偏移DAC寄存器值允许?4 V至+8 V的输出范围。
采用5 V基准电压源时,对VOUT0至VOUT7相关的偏移DAC寄存器进行编程,可提供±10 V的输出范围。
ADR435为5 V低噪声精密基准电压源。
ADR423为3 V低噪声精密基准电压源。
按照图1所示方式连接时,AD5370的VOUT0至VOUT7将具有±10 V的输出范围,VOUT8至VOUT39将具有?4 V至+8 V的输出范围。
AD5370内置两个偏移DAC寄存器;利用这些寄存器,可以在器件功能与动态裕量的限制范围内调整输出范围的中间电平点。
偏移DAC寄存器的默认值为5461 (0x1555),若采用3 V基准电压源,则中间电平点为2 V。
ADI 40 通道DAC 集成密集模拟信
美国模拟器件公司(Analog Devices, Inc.)日前推出8 款多通道单片数模转换器(DAC),在单芯片内集成了密集模拟信号处理性能,以解决要求小尺寸
和高精度的工业和仪器仪表应用中的难题。
这8 款最新DAC 是采用iCMOS 工艺开发的,扩展其denseDACTM 系列高密度DAC 系列,适用于自动测试设备(ATE、引脚电子设备)、光网络(交换机、可变光衰减器VOA)以及精密
仪器仪表应用(示波器、数据发生器、工业IO 板卡)。
据介绍,这8 款DAC 器件主要包括AD536x 和AD537x 系列,在小型(9mm×9mm)封装内提供40 通道、高精度以及±10V的输出电压范围,并具有新的片内设置功能,例如校准寄存器(以便补偿信号误差)和自动待机。
这些
特性可保证在恶劣的高电压工业环境下系统的可靠性,同时简化了PCB 布线,满足系统设计工程师在有限PCB 空间需求满足更多功能的需求。

8 通道DAC:AD5362
AD5362 denseDAC 据称是业界首款具有双极性电压输出、16bit 微分线性误差(DNL)和14 bit 积分线性误差(INL)的8 通道DAC。

2 CS5381的主要性能特点CS5381是CirrusLog ic公司推出的120dB、192kHz高性能立体声模数转换芯片。
该芯片采用24引脚TSSOP或SOIC封装,其引脚排列如图1 所示。
该芯片采用5V工作电源。
它的内部集成了一个可直接与5~2.5V逻辑电平接口的电平转换 器、一个可消除直流偏移量的高通滤波器、一个线性相位数字抗混叠滤波 器和溢流监测器。
CS5381所具有的这些特性使其在高品质音频处理和精密测控 等领域都得到了很好的应用。

电路功能与优势本电路为多通道DAC 配置,具有出色的温度漂移性能。
它提供40 个独立输出电压通道,分辨率为12 位,温度稳定性典型值低于 3 ppm/°C。

在所示电路中,所有AGND、SIGNAL_GND 和DAC_GND 引脚均连在一起,并与一个公共AGND 引脚相连。
在AD5381 器件上,AGND 与DGND 连在一起。
上电时,AD5381 默认采用外部基准电压源工作。

建议使用0.1 µF陶瓷电容和10 µF钽电容,对靠近器件的各电源引脚去耦。
本电路中,AD5381 的基准电压从 2.5 V 外部基准电压源ADR421 或ADR431 获得。
ADR431 具有较低的输出电压噪声,适合特别注重这一特性的应用。
应使用0.1 µF电容在器件的REFOUT/REFIN 引脚对基准电压源去耦。
