上海市镶嵌类饰品消费争议解决办法（试行）第一条为了维护消费者合法权益，规范贵金属镶嵌饰品生产经营企业的经营行为，明确销售者、生产者对镶嵌饰品的修理、换货、退货（以下称为“三包”）的售后责任和义务，根据《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》、《上海市消费者权益保护条例》及有关法律法规制定本办法。
第二条本办法是针对各类贵金属镶嵌饰品的钻石或宝玉石类镶嵌质量引起的消费争议所制定的解决办法。
镶嵌饰品的其他质量争议依照《上海市黄、铂金饰品的消费争议解决办法》处理。
第三条凡在本市范围内从事贵金属镶嵌饰品的销售者、生产者均按本办法执行。

第五条本办法是履行“三包”的基本要求。
