狭义的教育则是人类社会发展到一定历史阶段的产物,具体讲是从学校产生以后出现的,因此,我们把狭义的教育也称为学校教育,就是指教育者根据一定社会(或阶级)的要求和年青一代身心发展的规律,对受教育者所进行的一种有目的、有计划、有组织地传授知识技能,培养思想品德,发展智力和体力的话动,通过这种活动把受教育者培养成为一定社会所需要的人。
