第二次重修（重考）申请表Application Form for Second Examination RetakePlease note:1.According to the examination retaking rules set by school management, thosewho have not pass their respective compulsory courses and major electivecourses have to re-attend the course and retake the exam. Exam retake for each course should not exceed two times in total (except those who did not attend the exam or cheated). Under normal circumstances, the exam retake will be held in the first two weeks of the following semester.2.After exam retake, candidates could check their result from the respective school,department or via the online platform to register their result.3.Application period for second examination retake will be during the mid of May(for Spring semester), and mid of November (for Fall semester) every year.Candidates are required to apply according to their respective courses and hand in the application form to the teacher in charge of their respective batch within the application period.
