When the autumn water arrives, the hundred rivers flood into the Yellow River, surging across the cliffs, creating waves that are tumultuous. The movement of the sun and the moon seems as if they are emerging from it; the brilliance of the Milky Way appears as if it is coming from within. It is vast as if riding on an empty wind, not knowing where to stop; it is ethereal as if having left the world behind, transcending to become a仙.The River God, upon seeing this, sighed deeply to the sky and said, "I am but a corner of the North Sea. When I look at this autumn water, how vast it is! My territory is no more than a spoonful, how can it compare to this autumn water?"The North Sea God said, "Why don't you look at the vastness of the heavens and earth and then reflect upon yourself? The arrival of the autumn water is not a temporary abundance, but the change of the four seasons, the creation of the heavens and earth. Look at it, the sun andthe moon, and the stars are all shadows of the autumn water; the mountains and rivers, the trees and grasses, are all connections of the autumn water. Your territory, although small, is also a part of the heavens and earth, how can it be trivialized?"The River God said, "I have heard that a great man should have a heart for the world and a mind for all four directions. Although I live in the corner of the North Sea, I should also think of benefiting the world, not to be a waste of this vast autumn water."The North Sea God laughed and said, "Good, your aspirations are noble! However, the vastness of the world is not achieved in a day, nor is it powered by a single river. You should be like the arrival of the autumn water, with an empty heart as vast as a valley, able to contain a hundred rivers; like the depth of the autumn water, deep as the sea, able to embrace all things. If you can be like this, why worry about the world not being vast, or the autumn water not being enough?"Upon hearing these words, the River God was。
