近日,记者采访了西门子(中国)公司人事部高级顾问胡春小姐,在西门子公司的会议室里,我们的交谈就从西门子如何进行招聘选拔这一话题开始。
西门子公司人事部针对中国员工分为两个部分,一是执行组(Operation Group)负责执行、操作等具体事务,针对业务部门或职能部门的需要进行全方位的人力资源服务。
二是战略制定组(Strategy and Policy Group),负责制定战略、政策和整体计划、方案。
胡春小姐属于执行组。
一般化的招聘流程记:能否简单介绍一下西门子公司的招聘体系?胡:西门子的招聘流程与其他公司大致一样:发布招聘信息→筛选简历→面试→进入试用期。
西门子早期多在覆盖面较广的报纸上发布招聘信息,现在主要通过外部的人才网站和西门子网站进行招聘。
西门子公司的总部采用了一个软件系统,我们称之为ATS,西门子(全球)的招聘工作都在这个平台上进行。
我们可以用这个系统发布招聘广告,建立很多链接,链接到外部的人才网站。
同时,公司有自己的intranet和internet。
通过多种途径发布信息,所有的求职者都可以在线申请职位。
这个系统有一个跟踪软件,什么时候进来简历、什么时间进行筛选、筛选结论是什么等情况,都会进行跟踪记录。
人力资源部淘汰掉不合适的人选之后,把认为合适的人选的情况发送给招人部门,并与部门经理进行讨论。
之后,我们会根据职位的不同,采取不同的方案。
比如,招聘研发工程师这种技术性较强的职位时,一般先由业务部门进行面试,因为他们更了解技术要求、业务状况。
个别时候会有笔试。
如果招聘的是适用面比较广的职位,比如秘书,申请的人很多,一个职位有成百上千的应聘者,我们就会先筛选简历,然后进行电话面试。
西门子工业sales100培训生的面试经历比较不凑巧,我投了西门子工业的sales100,也投了西门子济南变压器公司,结果两家面试安排在同一天,并且都不给调整时间,我索性把实际情况跟他们说了,两家商量了一下,说让我自己选一家面试。
犹豫了半天,我决定去面西门子工业,毕竟这是一个培训生项目,成长的空间很大,而且和我专业更相符。
和我一起面的还有另外四个人,全是硕士,只有我一个本科,顿时感到压力倍增。
等待面试时和大家聊了几句,大家都比较低调,但是可以感觉到每个人都实力不凡,后来群面时大家的也表现也证实了这种感觉。
整个面试持续了一天,包括西门子工业和sales100项目介绍,笔试,单面,小组AC,技术考试五个部分,笔试题有英译汉、汉译英,还有行测类题,有简单的,也有比较难的,题目和之前北京那位童鞋面经里提到的是一样的。
笔试过程中按照顺序被叫出去面试,面完回来继续答题。
面试比较常规,两名面试官,一个是销售经理,另一个是HR,估计因为我是本科生的缘故,也没有问我多少技术问题,只是简单问了问我做过的项目,发现和应聘岗位关系不大,就没再细问。
HR还用英语跟我聊了几句,我英语不好,说的支离破碎的。
我准备的比较充分,带了实习时的几张CAD设计,一份我做的设备测试报告(把数据和我认为的敏感内容删掉了),还有组织学生会活动的一些东西,帮助证明自己不同方面的能力,整个面试过程很顺畅,也挺舒服的。
下午是重头戏,北方区销售总监、济南office的老大都来了,和两位销售经理还有两位HR一起看我们做AC。
第一个项目是随便找人(面试官和应聘者都可以)问一个问题,并由此攀谈,给一分钟准备时间。
大家的.问题都很有目的性,重点主要集中在了解做好工作的关键因素,了解交谈者特点和兴趣爱好上。
我问了一位女销售经理,借当天天气暖和说道气候变暖,又扯到哥本哈根气候会议,还有全球变暖造假等等,感觉她对生活品质比较关注,认识问题很深入,阅历也相当丰富。
