可视化管理更清楚直观的观察设计产品
同步建模,排除改变某一特征而与其关联特征伴随的变动。
概念设计中快速形成复杂曲面的设计,不同于9.0版本的创意塑型。
快速重用已有设计,可调用以往设计完成的模型中的个别可用到的特征进行利用,减少设计环节,节省设计时间,避免不必要的人力浪费。
线缆设计,可快速自动生成线缆,根据设计者选择的先后顺序进行铺设,分段而插入其他接入的线缆。
产品加工信息(PMI),可在三维模型上进行尺寸标注,一些加工精度要求的标注,不再需要建立三视图,更直观的去生产加工,检测。
HD3D可视化设计评审,UG7.5版本之后才出现的功能,有提供可视化报告和检查两个作用,建立在强大的分析上,可检测出生产中可能出现的问题,减少数据设计变更,以减少成本和提升质量,避免后期损失,并在问题中给予解决方案,比如单风扇的散热器中,检测结果文档建议采用双风扇,过程中改变安装凸台,基于同步建模技术的自由形状,如果显示需求检测不合格(部件超重),同步建模减少风扇半径,改变中间尺寸,粘贴创建两个风扇的版本,从重用库中拖放电器安装凸台结构,“快速设计”工具添加加强筋,继而满足要求。
支持国标的二维工程制图,材料建成之后可自动生成视图,零件序号自动标注,标题栏自动填充,材料清单自动生成。
工装模具设计,根据不同的零件自动生成模具。
产品仿真验证,最后检测一下产品是否还存在什么问题。
