整套设备经过无纺布熔接，耳带熔接、印刷、对折、封边、滚切等一体化全自动折叠生产工艺，可加工3M9001,9002等和其他折叠口罩。

根据产品需求所选用的原材料可以生产出达到如FFP1、FFP2、N95等不同标准的口罩，全程生产无需人工参与，全自动完成生产成品。

本机主要用于立体式口罩自动成型：整卷布料放卷后经过滚轮驱动，布料通过鼻梁条整卷牵引开卷，定长裁切后导入至包边布料中焊接、整体成型焊接，驱动向后继续首先经过印刷（可选），然后经过耳带焊接机构焊接，经过贴标签（可选），经过折叠机构折叠，之后超声倾斜封口，最后通过切刀辊裁切成型；最后掉落在无菌中转筐中；运送到下一消毒工序（本机不包含消毒设备）。

生物学评价报告--一次性使用医用口罩（非无菌）一、产品与人体的接触描述一次性使用医用口罩的口罩本体的主要原材料为纺粘无纺布（聚丙烯（PP））、熔喷布（聚丙烯（PP））、静电滤棉（聚丙烯（PP））材料制造，耳带（松紧带）主要为涤纶材料制造。

根据GB/T16886.1按人体接触性质分类为表面接触器械，仅与皮肤表面接触的器械；按接触时间分类为短期接触（24h以内）。

二、化学评价和物理评价医用纺织材料，即以纺织材料为基础，依托现代加工成形技术，应用于医疗、卫生及保健领域，为人类肌体提供保护、修复作用。

按照纤维、织物成分可分为：天然纤维（棉、毛、丝和麻类）材料和化学纤维（聚酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯类合成纤维）材料。

从功能上又可以分为可吸收降解材料和不可吸收降解材料。

纺粘无纺布是在聚合物已被挤出、拉伸而形成连续长丝后，长丝铺设成网，纤网再经过自身粘合、热粘合、化学粘合或机械加固方法，使纤网变成无纺布。

高强度、耐高温性能好（可在150□环境中长期使用）、耐老化、抗紫外线、延伸率高、稳定性和透气性好、耐腐蚀、隔音、防蛀、无毒。

纺粘无纺布的轧点是菱形的。

本产品使用的熔喷布以聚丙烯为主要原料，纤维直径可以达到0.5-10微米，这些具有独特的毛细结构的超细纤维增加单位面积纤维的数量和表面积，从而使熔喷布具有很好的过滤性、屏蔽性、绝热性和吸油性,是一次性使用医用口罩常见的过滤材料。

静电滤棉：采用静电吸附原理的滤棉，相比较传统的机械过滤，静电滤棉过滤效率更高，可以更好的吸附超显微粉尘，还具有更好的阻力，令呼吸更顺畅，容尘率也更高。

本产品的耳带主要为涤纶，涤纶也称尼龙，是合成纤维中的一个重要品种，是聚酯纤维的商品名称，聚对苯二甲酸（PTA）或对苯二甲酸二甲酯（DMT）和乙二醇（MEG）为原料经酯化或酯交换和缩聚反应而制得的成纤高聚物--聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（PET）,经纺丝和后处理制成的纤维。

涤纶具有强韧度高、弹性好、热塑性好、耐磨性好、耐光性好、耐腐蚀性等性能。

口罩设备安全操作规程一、全自动平面口罩机安全操作规程1、【目的】建立一次性使用平面口罩机的操作规程，以规范员工的操作，起到指导作用，从而保障人员和设备的使用安全。

2、【适用范围】本规程适用于对本公司的一次性使用平面口罩机的安全操作。

3、【职责】生产操作人员需按照本操作规程设定参数、进行生产操作。

4、【安全要求】4.1操作人员必须在培训合格后才能上岗作业。

4.2操作中若出现异常响动或故障征兆，先按下停止按钮切断电源并第一时间联系维修并上报车间负责人。

4.3操作人员在穿3层布、包边、鼻梁条时注意手与机器的位置，小心刮伤。

4.4机器运行时，禁止手接触折叠、成型、切片、剪刀等位置以及电气部位。

4.5口罩片在通道内部卡住时，必须停机后才能取出，以免被气缸压伤。

4.6禁止人员在机器范围内嬉戏追逐。

4.7维修时一定要先切断电源。

4.8停机清扫时必需先关闭电源。

5、【操作规程】5.1开机操作5.1.1将本体机、掌握箱、外耳带点焊机所有电气开关置于“关”的位置，检查电源电压是否吻合要求。

5.1.2检查设备是否安全有效接地。

5.1.3检查设备零件是否完整，有无破损，紧固件是否松动的现象，如有应加以修复和紧固。

5.1.4原料的穿引:操作人员除去原料卷外包装纸后，应先检查原料是否有质量问题，边缘部分是否有撕裂破损，用刀裁去有缺陷的原料。

将四种原料安装至相应卷轴的位置，并固定。

5.1.5气源及温度:开启压缩空气开关，按工艺标准设置气压及超声波成型处的工艺参数。

气压0.6土0.05MPa超声波振幅1-3段耳熔时间0.1土0.02s5.1.6将原料拉出，经过导料处至折边位置。

先将第一层布拉过熔接轮组，并将呆板开启，以慢速运转，使第一层布经过折边位置并熔接。

第一层材料输送顺畅并熔接后，再将第三层布以相同的方式拉过熔接轮组，与第一层熔接。

等两层材料完全熔接并运转，运转顺畅后，再将第二层夹于第一、三层中间，继续让呆板运转，并以手轻轻夹住三层材料辅佐输送材料，至三层材料完全熔接。

2智能制造生产线中PLC控制系统设计应用2.1消毒箱工艺流程设计联合消毒箱工艺流程基于作业过程可分为置物、消毒、取物三部分。

如图1为联合消毒箱的工艺流程，系统上电状态下，作业人员按下开门按钮，系统在判定内部无消毒物资的前提下，会打开置物入口门锁。

门开启后，人员将待消毒物资放置在消毒箱内部指定位置并关闭入口门。

根据待消毒物资的特性，人员选择加热或紫外的消毒方式，按下相应消毒按钮。

系统在判定条件具备的情况下（受控门有效关闭、计时器复位等）启动消毒作业，计时器开始计时。
