电梯演讲elevator speech,顾名思义,一次在电梯里面呆的时间很短,也就20、30秒的样子,那么准备这样的一个有说服力的实效演讲,最重要的是判断听众对什么感兴趣。
听众对你是干什么的,你想怎么样,其实是不会感兴趣的,他们在意的是他们自己的事情,难题和利益。
那么对症下药的话,你演讲的主要内容以及你的表达方式应该是以对方为主的,不要用来陈述你做什么,而是他们会得到什么,例如,你能给他们提供什么好处,什么问题你能帮助解决等等。
他打了一个很好的比方:
1、"你好,我是超礼。
我是一个经理人教练和培训师"
2、"你好,我叫超礼,我和那些想要发展自己全部潜能,或使他们的团队更紧密有士气中高层经理人一起工作,帮助他们实现目标。
"
其实两句话都是在介绍自己,但是第二句明显更能抓住受众的注意力,同时也让他们对联想你说的和他们有什么关系,“这是不是也是我所关心的事情呢?”,回答是yes的话,接下来就会是就你说的工作深入的交谈了,你是怎么做的,曾经帮助过谁达到他们的目标,现在的效果如何……
这就是非常有效的介绍自己的方式。
现在越来越多的场合需要和陌生人认识、了解直至共事、合作等,刚接触的自我介绍这一步就非常的重要,得记住大部分的人不会在乎你是个平面设计师还是网页设计师或者什么,他们更在意于你对他们有什么帮助,有什么用,能如何帮助他们做得更好。
前两天看到顾迅的一篇文章:如何建立强有力的人脉关系?,也是非常的有收获。
建立强有力的人脉关系的第一点就在于“建立自己的价值”,你对别人有用吗?你越有用,你就越容易建立坚强的人脉关系。
第二点是“向他人传递你的价值”,传递价值的第一步肯定是介绍自己了,所以有效的介绍自己显得非常重要。
马上建立起自己的电梯演说,写下来,仔细推敲一下,然后试着在各种不同的场合练习变通以致于成为良好的习惯,我想这是非常有帮助的。
