Unit 2 ColoursPart B教学模式介绍3P教学模式将教学过程分为三个阶段：新知呈现(Presentation)、课堂操练(Practice)、巩固拓展(Production)。
在教学过程中，教师通过对知识的呈现和操练，让学生掌握所学知识，然后在控制或半控制下让学生进行交际，从而达到语言的输出，形成学习成果。
新知呈现就是把课文内容（新知识）呈现给学生，包括词汇语句、语用形态；课堂操练是学生在理解新语言的语义、语境、语用形态之后，给学生创造机会，将学到的语言知识和技能融入已有的知识之中，运用语言进行交际，开展丰富多彩的有目的性、灵活性、挑战性、全面性和参与性语用活动；巩固拓展是对新知运用的一种提炼和升华，它不仅仅重视语言知识与技能，同时还应注重学生在情感、态度与价值观方面的拓展与提升。
3P教学模式的教学环节：热身导入(Warm-up)——新知呈现(Presentation)——课堂操练(Practice)——巩固拓展(Production)——总结提高(Summary)——作业布置(Homework)教材分析本单元是本册书的第二单元，以“colour”为话题。
以A、B部分Let's learn中的八个颜色单词red, yellow, green, blue为线索，以Let's talk中的日常交际会话。
第一课时是Let's learn 和Let's talk的整合课。
Let's talk通过Mike带同学Wu Yifan到家做客的情景呈现了本课的核心句型Good afternoon和Nice to meet you. Let's learn通过给泰迪熊上色的情景呈现了四个颜色单词。
第二课时是Start to read 和Let's check的整合课。
巩固前面所学的字母；以听、连线等形式考察学生对本单元知识的掌握情况。
