FR8000 快速使用手册本文档用于对CC_link 适配器和FR 系列IO 模块使用的一个快速说明,阅读背景为具备一定工程经验的人员,旨在让用户能够快速上手。
1. 安装与拆卸1.1. 安装➢对准好下图所示的模块的缺口处;图1-1 对准模块的缺口处➢将IO 模块沿箭头方向推入DIN 卡销,将模块放置在DIN 导轨上;图1-2 将模块安装到导轨上1.2. 拆卸方式➢首先应拆除本模块的所有的信号电缆或电源电缆;➢按箭头方向拉卡销(下图中的黄色部件);➢将模块取下。
图1-3 将模块从导轨上拆卸如果遇到有模块难以安装的情况,切勿使用蛮力进行安装,以免损坏当前的模块或其他模块;应当将模块从导轨上拆卸,检查模块是否存在某些异常(比如异物堵塞等),确认没有问题后,再进行插拔。
2. 接线说明本文举例说明以拓扑结构为FR8000 + FR1108 + FR2118 + FR3004 + FR4004 的拓扑结构进行举例说明。
2.1. 端子接线FR 系列IO 模块的接线端子采用了免螺丝设计,安装/拆卸时仅需一把一字型的螺丝刀(推荐使用一字螺丝刀的型号为2 × 75mm)即可。
推荐使用14AMG 的线,在接线过程中,先将导线剥去一定长度,再用一子型螺丝刀垂直插入端子上的孔内,向下撬动,另一只手将剥去外皮的导线插入已开启的圆形孔内,之后拔出一子型螺丝刀,导线会自动被簧片压紧。
注意不要将电源的正负极接反,否则有可能会导致模块无法工作、工作异常,甚至会导致模块损毁。
2.2. 电源接线如下图所示,使用一块220V-24V 的电源模块(最好是双路输出的),将电源线接好:图2-1 连接FR8000 的系统电源2.3. 系统公共端电源接线如下图2-2 所示,再将系统的公共端电源接好:注意:适配器的系统与现场测电压是通过总站和总线电源模块提供的。
适配器现场测组件是没有内部过电流保护,因此,对于这类的组件电源,必须在外部添加适当的过电流保护器件来实现过流生产,例如通过外加5A的保险丝。
si5000 原理
Si5000(也称为IFM易福门流量开关SI5000)是一种流量传感器,其工作原理
基于流体的流动和压力变化。
当介质(如气体或液体)流经流量开关时,流量开关内部的感应元件会受到流体的压力。
这个压力会作用在一个膜片上,膜片会因此产生形变。
这个形变会被转换为电信号,触发流量开关的输出。
具体来说,当介质流经流量开关的感应元件时,会施加一个压力在膜片上。
膜片受到压力后会产生形变,这个形变的大小取决于流体的流量和压力。
当膜片的形变达到一定程度时,会触发流量开关的输出。
流量开关的感应元件有多种类型,常见的有压差式、超声波式、热式等。
Si5000采用压差式感应元件,通过测量膜片两侧的压力差来计算流量。
需要注意的是,Si5000的输出状态取决于所接的电路配置。
通常情况下,流量开关的输出可以是常开或常闭状态,这取决于所接的继电器或逻辑电路的配置。
总之,Si5000流量开关的工作原理是基于流体的压力和流动特性,通过感应元件测量压力差和膜片形变来计算流量,并输出相应的电信号。
PEAK elmer optima 8000安装说明书一、安装条件1.环境必须无腐蚀性。
2.实验室温度要求在15~35℃,每小时温度变化不大于2.8℃。
仪器最佳工作温度为20±2℃。
3.在适当的通风情况下,仪器扩散到实验室的热量大约相当于2200W。
4.实验室湿度要求在20%~80%,无冷凝。
仪器最佳工作湿度范围为35%~50%。
5.实验室应该保持千净。
每立方米的空气,大于0.5微米的灰尘颗粒应小于3600万个。
6.实验室应无过多的震动。
仪器应在室内使用,远离爆炸物。
二、排风要求需要用户准备一个强制抽风系统,目的是将等离子体燃烧产生的废气抽出实验室,抽风设备对于实验室是非常重要的,因为:1.有些实验样品会产生有害气体,抽风系统可以保护实验室工作人员。
2.抽风良好,可以改善等离子炬的稳定性。
3.良好的抽风可以保护仪器不受由样品产生的腐蚀性气体的损害。
4.排除仪器产生的热量。
5.抽风系统可能会承受的最高温度为200C。
因此建议用户采用不锈钢的通风管道。
6.抽风系统在通风管道末端通风罩处的流速,要求不小于5600升/分钟。
7.抽风系统的通风罩,应完全能够将仪器样品仓的排风口罩住,用户的通风罩应安装在仪器样品仓排风口上端7.5-12.5cm处。
8.仪器应放置在工作台上,通风罩离地面的距离应加上工作台的高度。
三、空间要求optima8000系列仪器系统,包括仪器主机、循环冷却水装置、空气压缩机、计算机、打印机等。
实验室门的宽度要求不小于89cm,以便仪器主机能够搬入实验室。
Optima8000仪器为台式仪器,仪器长为142cm,宽为86cm,高为76cm。
仪器净重193公斤,毛重270公斤,仪器自带电源线长度为2.4米。
用户必须根据以上仪器尺寸及重量,准备能够安全承载并适合长期放置仪器主机的工作台(可以使用固定工作台或移动工作台)。
