5.Oil filter: Check filter and adapter. Leak is engine oil . 6.Fuel pump and lines: Check fittings , hose connections, filter, carburetor etc. Leak is gasoline . Engine oil can leak from pump gasket. 7.Oil pan: Check drain plug , pan gasket, timing chain cover, and front crankshaft oil seal. Leak is engine oil. 8.Brake master cylinder: Look for wetness around fittings, pushrod, and power brake vacuum hose. Leak is brake fluid . 9.Bell housing: Check engine oil at bottom inspection cover. Check ATF gear oil from front seal. Leak may be engine oil, ATF or gear oil. 10.Air conditioner: Clear water under front of passenger compartment is normal if A/C has been used. Leak is water. 11.Transmission: Check drain plug, any cover gaskets,Check bolts gasket on oil pan, and rear oil seal. Leak may be gear oil or ATF. 12.Exhaust system: Check exhaust system, leaks are gases .
